My name is Carleen Baker. My car locked itself at the vacuum today. Running, keys in the ignition, dog in back seat. I believe the young man's name is Derick. He was so helpful getting it unlocked. Customer service is such a thing of the past, but this young man stepped up to the plate!!

Pissed I am unable to reach anyone to cancel subscription. I thought my subscription was canceled almost a year and a half ago. I moved to Aiken, SC. I peeled the sticker off when I moved (and thought it was canceled). Still getting charged monthly. Called the phone number listed on the electronic receipt and guess what? The number belongs to Leaf Guard, not the car wash. Called the number listed on Google website and some lady says to leave a message. I've called multiple times, leaving a detailed message. No calls back. My next step is calling my bank to have the charges removed. This is ridiculous.

Paid extra to get tires shined and the guy had me go through the car wash twice and still never worked! Didn’t even offer money back or a free car wash. All he said was he’d tell maintenance.

Attendant on his phone with headphones on and looked like we were inconveniencing him when we pulled up. Car wash was mid and still left spots dirty.

Just went through, didn’t wash at all. Like no water came out. Just spitting a little soap. Employees didn’t care and said they couldn’t do anything. Also they knew it was broken and still were going to let other customers go in without telling them. Waste of our money and they didn’t even care.

Half the brushes aren’t spinning or don’t make contact. First soap sprayer has been broken for weeks. Never cleans back of vehicle. It needs some work.
