The person at the counter did the absolute bare minimum. They were not rude but only helpful when asked directly for assistance. They made us feel that our presence there was a burden to them.

New owners and staff! They had a great selection of boots, shoes, socks, insoles and care products! Staff went above and beyond by doing a two step measuring scan! They even had the shoes I wanted in stock, 10/10 would recommend!

Helpful and got just what I wanted! Sized perfectly. Also to note, if you ever have an issue with your boots they are really helpful in getting you just what you need, really thankful for that. Good store!

New owners, sales staff and updated boot lines that FINALLY include women’s work boots. Stopped going here several years ago due to lack of stock and declining service.Went back and thrilled to see that the Red Wings quality service is back. Scanned and fitted boots for our students and had boots in stock. Will be back.

They were open at 10 AM on Saturday as advertised. I did not think they would have the type and style of footwear that I wanted in stock but to my surprise everything was in stock. I had such a good experience and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Came by looking for some laces for my steel toe work boots and found the store is closed for renovations. At least that's what the sign said.

I took my boots in to this store to get them repaired, guy told me it would take a week. Knowing that sounded like a really quick turnaround I didn’t have too much confidence that that would be the case. Here we are two months later and I still don’t have my boots! Guy has no answers for me. Beyond frustrated! Always been a red wing guy but looks like bows a good time to try something new. Horrible customer relations!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
