Literally the only place you should go for fine jewelry in the CU area. These gals KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I have consistently had a wonderful experiences not only buying jewelry here, but getting things repaired and resized. Miranda, Cindy, and Erin are all consummate professionals who are thoroughly knowledgeable in metal smithing and stone properties - expertise that will help you choose and design pieces suited to your taste and your lifestyle. And not only that, they are all incredibly talented artists in their own right. You can’t go wrong with a piece from Robert’s. They nail it, every time.

I went in to have a custom piece done out of three existing pieces (that weren’t exactly high quality in the first place)- a triquetra necklace my Dad gave me, a pendant with his face etched into it and his wedding band. But Cindy worked with what I was wanting and did a phenomenal job. My first idea didn’t turn out as nice as I would have liked (Cindy predicted this) but I went back in and they worked with me on it for no extra charge. All three pieces are now combined into a single pendant that looks marvelous. I’m so glad I went back. It shines and is a tribute to my wonderful Dad so it just makes me very happy. And it looks very high quality now too.

I’m looking for a gold chain for myself and didn’t even know where to start….i called and talked to a member of staff that was beyond kind and informative.Definitely looking forward to shopping with them in the future!

First off I was clueless on the entire engagement ring process, I even had a family heirloom wedding ring ready to use. I brought it into Robert's and was treated so unbelievably well. I didn't feel foolish with any of my questions and the staff explained in depth on the process and steps to take. Didn't feel any pressure to spend anything more than I needed to. They prepared my family's long time engagement ring flawlessly for such a fantastic price. Im confident in their ability to take care of any of my future needs. And honestly may have been some of the most genuinely nice people I've spoken to in years. Thank you so much guys.

We brought my engagement ring and my husband's wedding band to be resized. We picked up the rings 10 days later and they fit perfectly and had a beautiful new shine to them. We will definitely go back if we need anything else. Highly recommended!!

The owner supposedly just confirmed their hours, but in fact they are open by appointment only. Also, after having gotten watch batteries replaced there for years, I was disappointed to see that they don't do that anymore.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this jewelry store and the gals there! It was our go-to jewelry store when we lived in Champaign. While in town from Florida recently, I made an appointment to see them and have my rings checked. I did have a loose stone which was immediately fixed. They are the best! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I had a wonderful experience here! It's family owned and they truly want the best for their customers...no gimmicks or sales pitches! They didn't even put any pressure on me to commit once they gave me their estimate. They do a quality job, caught a lot of weak areas in my ring, and it still ended up being cheaper than the estimate and they gave me! They offered me practical tips and suggestions that'll help with wear and longevity! I'll return 100%! I'd give them them my business any day compared to a chain jewelry store!

I was trying to figure out where to go to get my ring removed and turned into a pendant. I went on a fb group with brought me to here. I realized I had been there in 2017 and it was such good customer service I decided to try again. The ring removal was so easy! They explained what they were doing, reassuring me there's a gaurd between my finger and the cutting mechanism. My fingers had swollen but it was off in a snap. We discussed right away on how to restyle the ring into a pendant and chain options, as well as lengths. They were so kind, and helpful. Both women were very personable and made me feel comfortable. (Which is extra nice because I'm awkward.) It took a little while to be crafted, but the price point was absolutely reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I'd give 6 stars if I could.
