The care that I receive is great. The nurses are great from setting up appointments to letting the Doctor know of changes. Dr. Fletcher, is caring and always listens, also he has answered all the questions that I have asked. Everyone that I have met, is kind, and caring.

I will never, I repeat, NEVER be going back here for a physical again. First off I have had my CDL for 12yrs never have I ever had to jump through the hoops i had to jump though to get my medical card. First Dr. Brown asks me to produce medical files, like I just have copies of everything, then I try and try and try to email them to her via the email given to no avail. Their system kept kicking back. So I ask for help from the head honcho and was told to email it to him which I did. He had a meeting to attend. So when asked by staff and Dr. Brown if I had emailed it I said yes multiple times and even sent it to Dr. Fletcher. Then they proceeded to treat me like I was lying to them about Dr. Fletcher. Refused to give me my medical card until I could produce said records. So I drove all the way home made a paper copy of them and gave them to her. And yet that wasn't enough. She wanted a copy of a sleep apnea test because my neck is big and I'm a little over weight. I've had 2 of the. And both were negative. Not even through a trucking company have I been treated this way. However the front desk ladies were very nice and polite.

Been seeing Dr. Fletcher for my workman's comp injuries and he's the best doctor for it. Always knows exactly what needs done and acts. He's given the best care I've gotten. There's a reason I keep going back.

I have been a patient of Dr. David Fletcher, safeworks Illinois, off and on for several years. And each time I visit Safeworks, I know that I will receive a warm welcome and be treated with respect by Dr. Fletcher and his wonderful staff.Dr. Fletcher has been such a blessing in my life. I know that when I am injured, it's important to have the best medical care in order to heal properly. And Doc provides that. But I learned that was only one part of the process. To be an employee who is injured on the job can prove to be very difficult and challenging at times. For that, I needed a strong advocate, and Dr. Fletcher has proven to be that person.I have great confidence in Dr. Fletcher's medical knowledge, expertise, and skills that spans decades. But even more importantly, I know through my own dealings with Dr. Fletcher that he is honest, ethical, trustworthy, responsible, attentive, caring, and will provide a completely accurate and excellent diagnosis, in addition to the best medical solutions to treat my injuries. Most importantly, he will be honest with me even if it's something I don't want to hear.He is an outstanding doctor whose goal is to serve his patients' best interests; and he does.I highly recommend and would encourage any person with injuries to choose Dr. David Fletcher of Safeworks to address their medical issues and needs. Dr Fletcher and his staff have always been professional's. Every time I have visited I am always met with the most friendly staff from the receptionist back, I would highly recommend. Dr Fletcher really cares about his patients, he listens and make sure he hears exactly what is going on, also he wants to make sure you are fully capable and ready to return to work before he sends you back to work. You will experience only the best in care by coming here instead of anywhere else.

Dr Fletcher and his staff are very friendly and caring. They treat you like an individual instead of just a patient. Dr Fletcher listened to me and genuinely cared about my injury. He made sure I had adequate care and made sure my injury got better. Now I am back to work. I would highly recommend Safeworks for anybody who has injuries.

Dr. Fletcher started out great , as time went on being seen by him through my workers comp case. Dr. Fletcher became very deceptive, knowingly saying things to his patients but having his staff in the back area word his paper work you have to sign totally different. Deceptive Dr. Fletcher.

My husband hurt at work and was sent there in the afternoon and was treated unhumanly because it was near closing time. They didn't cleaned the wound, didn't covered it, and rushed him to leave. I don't know if it was because of time or because he is Hispanic, but that is not the way to treat a patient that got hurt after 10 hours of work. Horrible experience.

Dr. Fletcher and his staff at Safeworks has provided me with excellent service. The staff was friendly and Dr. Fletcher was 100% knowledgeable and thorough with my entire situation. I had a complicated case but his expertise, comprehensive examination and follow up was second to none. I was extremely happy with Dr. Fletcher and his group. I would highly recommend them to anyone, including my own children. Definitely a five star rating!Maureen S

These folks are very professional also they know what it's like to be a person as well by that it seems like like everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure not only taken care of but as comfortable as possible I would highly recommend Safeworks to all who need medical care
