My husband went in to find me some nails and ended up asking one of the employees, her name was Regina. She was so friendly and actually showed me some stuff over video on the phone because my husband was so lost and just trying to do me a favor. She really went above and beyond for me as a customer and I hope management knows that! Thanks Regina.

I went into Sally Beauty to pick up relaxer. I notice that the price was a lot higher at check out, so cashier went back with me to check the price and i was right about item / price. She told me they could not change price, so i pick another relaxer brand while we was standing there went to counter to pay same thing happen.So i ask for manger, she call manger on the phone told her she had irate customer in front of me( unbelievable)i just wanted to pay what the shelf /price was. I never raise my voice

For some reason I was given a receipt with a random persons name on it (who knows why) and didn’t even know until I went to return my item that I never used. Just for them to take down all my information and still not give my money back ??♀️

I was racially profiled! Weirdo with the blue & green bangs made comments as if I could not apply dye to my natural hair & refused to help me! I will NEVER spend my money here ! Very rude staff terrible customer service
