Don't order online . Instacart that associate with Schnucks doesn't get your order correctly. To many issues. I will never order online again at Schnucks.

Went in to Schnucks on mattis to buy a floral arrangement and Patricia (Trish) did an amazing Job not only did she listen to what my vision was but she went above and beyond to make it even more beautiful ❤️ will 100% be going back to see her soon 😁

Went to the pharmacy for vaccinations. No informational handouts given afterwards. Pleasant and competent staff. Make an appointment before going.

I ordered groceries for pick up. I have used this service several times. I will no longer be using this service or shopping at schnucks. I was missing 13 items total. Charged for all of them. Tried calling the store and no answer. Finally chatted with istacart lady who also tried calling the store and got no answer. She then tried to assist me and re order my missing items, however, I didn't receive all of them again and three items were different from what I requested. My bananas were smashed and 4 of the 6 had to be tossed out. Still missing items. I now need to go to a different store to get my missing or unusable items. Lost money and time with this transaction. Avoid the headache. Shop elsewhere.

Used to work here, the managers at the front end are very discriminated towards their co-workers and rude/disrespectful. My hours were cut very often and I wasn't making enough to live on paycheck to paycheck. There was barley enough people working at the U scan or really anyone up there when it gets busy and they pull there isn't enough funds.
I'd prefer any other location other than this, get better managers who are not disrespectful to their coworkers or to customers. I will not be working only 8 hour shift for an entire week alone when I need to pay rent, get food, and basically things to live.

The fruits from this store seem to last longer than the fruits from another grocery store in town. Only place I know that has Lactaid Protein milk lol

Used to be decent. Now they’ve restricted self checkout to 10 items or less. Can’t check out if you have more. Even if there is no line. So be prepared to wait 20 minutes for the two checkouts that have cashiers in them.

I called in to speak with someone for assistance with a floral delivery. Jackie answered and was very helpful, even walked over to the flower department when the call was not answered when she transferred. She found the associate was assisting another customer, and took my name and number for a call back. Lexi the floral manager called me back quickly and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me, as I wanted an item from the the bakery delivered along with the flowers. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
