“Recently started renting a storage space. Zach was very helpful getting us set up with our unit and the lock. He also helped make sure our gate password was working properly, after we had an issue getting the gate to open the evening prior, right after we set up our account online. The storage unit has good overhead space and a nice pull-up door. The unit steps up slightly from the drive way and the drive way slopes down to the center to help water drain away from the store unit. There was a little deterioration of the concrete step up to the unit, which I’m hoping won’t allow any precipitation to enter the storage space. Overall I’m happy with my experience so far. “Today I rented a storage unit in the climate controlled area of Scotty’s Self-Storage (Country Fair) and I was beyond impressed. I arrived and the facility/grounds are impeccable. Driving up one is greeted by a beautiful landscape display of flowers in the manicured garden beds. Entering into the office area there are mix of modern & trendy furniture (and more beautiful plants!) I was treated so nice by John who gave me a full tour of the unit I wished to rent. I can’t even believe I was at a storage facility because it is just so welcoming and high end. I was beyond impressed on how CLEAN and perfectly maintained SCOTTY’s Self-Storage facility is. They definitely take it to the “next level”. John helped to set up an account with auto-pay which is so convenient. He also helped inform me of all the rules. A was able to purchase a lock from them so I was ready to go right from the start. Knowing that they are so malicious makes me feel like my stored items will be safe. Access to the Facility is convenient and lots of cameras on premises gives me peace of mind that the highest security is provided. If you need storage solutions SCOTTY’s won’t disappoint! A++++++++++++”
