“We used Champaign Secure storage for a year while we were traveling and then relocating back to the area. I was a little concerned about putting all of our belongings in the middle of a cornfield basically with bugs and mice. I was so pleasantly surprised that after a year, we just unpacked and all of our belongings were in great condition! Not one box had a bug or any evidence of mice! Clothing, blankets, couch, and other furniture were just like we left them! Very convenient location right of I-57. Great customer service as well! Very friendly and prompt! We would definitely recommend Champaign Secure Storage and would use them again if we had the need!”
“Office availability is sporadic, but in 2.5 years I never experienced any mechanical/technical/environmental issues. I was always easily able to access my interior space, except during one exceptionally bad ice storm. The halls were always clean and comfortably heated/air conditioned. I never worried about my possessions.”
“Pleasant and helpful customer service! I made an online "reservation" to rent a parking space but had some questions about the space before moving forward with the contract. Within a few minutes after making the online reservation I received a call from Kyle at Extra Space Storage who was thoughtfully confirming I was interested in the car space (as opposed to an enclosed storage unit - probably a common error from consumers). He pleasantly responded to all of my questions. I then attempted to proceed with the online registration that was sent through email from the third party online reservation service but the link with the reservation code was glitching. The third party reservation service representative was of little assistance in resolving the issue, so I called Kyle back. He assisted me by taking all of my information over the phone. I ended up talking on the phone with Kyle four separate times during my process. Each time he was pleasant, patient, and helpful. Throughout these conversations I formed the impression that my son's car would be in good hands.”

“Arrived at 7am for delivery and they had me in a door at 715, out by 820am! People were nice and fast unloading! They have restrooms inside where you check in. They open at 7am and take the last truck around 3-330pm. Easy in and out, plenty of room to back up as well.”
