U-Haul Moving & Storage at University Ave offers truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and self-storage for local or long-distance moves. The storage facility is noted as very clean, dry, and well illuminated. Reviews frequently highlight exceptional customer service, describing the staff as professional, friendly, efficient, helpful, courteous, energetic, and knowledgeable. Equipment, including trucks and trailers, is generally reported as good, functional, clean, and easy to load and drive, though some trucks appear older. The pickup and drop-off process is considered easy, especially using the mobile app. Customers should note that the final rental cost can be higher than the initial advertised price when including mileage and insurance, but it remains a cheaper alternative to full moving services. The location is highly recommended.
My family and I moved into our new house early. We were able to get a moving truck with just 2 days notice. Uhaul made sure we had something last minute. Appreciate the fast, prompt and friendly service.
