If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a full-face makeup appointment for my wedding a week in advance, clearly noting in my instructions that I needed to be finished before 11:30 am. I scheduled a 10:00 am appointment for a 60-minute session, ensuring I would have enough time.
Sephora called me THE DAY before my wedding to inform me that the look I requested would take 90 minutes, not the 60 I had originally booked. There was no prior communication about this, and they only raised the issue the day before the appointment. Instead of offering solutions or even acknowledging their scheduling error, they offered me a 30-minute session, focusing on only one part of my face.
This last-minute change completely disrupted my carefully planned schedule and left me scrambling to adjust. It’s clear that Sephora’s communication and customer service are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Brides, if you value your time and want a reliable, stress-free experience, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.

First time I've been here at this store front. It was clean and very bright looking in side, very nice. They didn't have what my wife wanted but still nice, and they were nice associates.

Came in with a simple question about redeeming a birthday gift. I first asked a woman a question about where to redeem and she was very short with me, but pointed me in the right direction. Next a man came to help me and was incredibly rude. I had never redeemed the birthday points in person before and so I just wanted some guidance. Instead, the man helping me had a horrible attitude, was very short with me, and made my experience horrible. I don’t think this interaction should have been this complicated. I made sure to be very polite and kind, so there was no need for this kind of treatment, especially on my birthday. I am not coming back to this location it was such an unpleasant experience.

When I was initially dragged to this store with my girly girl daughter, I was pleasantly surprised at selection, price ranges, and knowledgeable staff. We've already planned a return trip since we weren't able to buy 1 of everything. ?
The app is very helpful when figuring out what we should getting purchase.

Was standing next to a sign stating that online delivery pickup is here. Every associate in the store passed by multiple times, except the guy at the register who was still trying to help the first customer in his line 15 minutes in. I actually had to step in front of a manager and tell her I was there for 2 orders to get help. With that many people working, someone could have/should have some customer service skills.

Love shopping here and majority of the staff are very helpful when ur makeup/skin needs and non judgmental place if your new to makeup or shopping with a budget! Shout out to Yas and Scott , they are wonderful !

I went in there yesterday looking for a whole new makeup regimen and the staff was so incredibly helpful. I have social anxiety and was very worried about asking for help, but the workers made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel judged. I got a shade match using that scanner thing they have and it was so easy. All the products they recommended were great. They really helped me to find confidence in my makeup routine again. Everyone from the workers on the floor to the cashier was so delightful towards me. The manager guy with the white hair deserves a raise, he is always in there working hard and making sure the customers get the help they need. Thank you Sephora.

I came into Sephora needing a whole makeup regime from start to finish. We even drove an hour just to visit this particular store because I am pretty much make-up illiterate :) Bethany was so wonderful to work with. She recommended fantastic products and even wrote down the order in which to use them. I got home and was comfortable doing it myself. Thank you to Bethany for making me feel more comfortable in my skin as it ages.
