Fantastic service, for a reasonable price.I requested that they assemble a custom computer for me and it was done to perfection. The OS was on it, the components were assembled correctly and the cable management was beautiful.I'll go back to Simplified for future computer needs and recommend others to do so as well.

Walked in stood at counter for 10 minutes while at least 2 employees walked by saying nothing.Was no other patrons.Just me.So I left.Assuming they did not want my money .

They have repaired my computers for years- they are qualified and honest about what they can do. This time I asked for an orphan computer (a Sony Vaio) and they did a great job on a tough project/repair.They also have a good selection of computers for sale from inexpensive to full-blown water cooled gaming machines.

Scams the elderly. Laughs on the phone when the customer asks why the new hardware isn't recognizing passwords. Refuses to correct their mess.

Wonderful service! I brought in a rare Sharp X1 Twin computer from Japan, and they were able to hook up a new power supply to fix the original one that had died. Highly recommended!
