This sleep number bed has been the worst purchase decision I have ever made. I let my friend convince me into getting one and now a year later it’s an absolute nightmare. It’s incredibly uncomfortable it doesn’t matter what sleep setting I put it on. It always feels incredibly firm and every time I wake up my lower back and hips hurt as I am a side sleeper.
The reality of this bed is it is an incredibly overpriced air mattress and now I’m out $5k and need to buy another bed. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from anything sleep number.

My initial experience with the bed was good, but the service after has been nightmarish to say the least.
Edit. The number provided below simply goes back to Alejandro or someone just as ineffective as him. Please either fix the issue or stop replying. Any business that would allow a customer to sleep in this bed is a poor business model.
I called the service line and was told that my place in line would be held and they would call me back when I came up, 3 hours later I called again and did not ask for a call back and got someone in 5 minutes. (The return call was 5 hours later.)
First, one side of the bed after 2 years deflated and will not hold air.
Then while on call with customer service, mind you a supervisor, Alejandro told me his manager does not take calls and 1 day expedited means 4 days maybe.
The local number guy said it is amazing that they sell beds and hung up.
I now have to sleep in a hole where the air bladder was until maybe 4 days it shows up. They don't even keep the part in stock for a common malfunction at the stores so you could purchase them.
This is by far the worst customer service I have had.
I would rate these as a scam and stay far from them.
Save yourself some time and buy anywhere else. Seriously anywhere.
Sleep number beds are overpriced and under serviced.

My husband and I just purchased a new Sleep Number bed from Brian and the customer service we received the two times we came in was above and beyond amazing! Tre, the associate there, was also friendly, sweet and made me feel appreciated and wanted. I will always give them my business and refer my friends and family here just for the customer service alone! This is a great example of what customer service is supposed to be! Thank you again!

If Zero were an option this is exactly what I would rate them. There customer service is terrible. The manager at the call center was rude and condescending. She has no business talking to people with an issue. Something came up and I tried to cancel the order which is still 2.5 weeks from delivery and not even shipped. I was told I can not cancel all of the order again which I have not received. This is a terrible business practice and I will be escalating to higher management. This was also not disclosed at the time of purchase by the salesman. I will never do business with this company even again!For the record I have not received any of the items ordered there for the 100 night trial does not apply. I am not trying to exchange or return anything. I am trying to cancel an order within the first week. The delivery is still not scheduled for another 2.5 weeks. Be very careful and read all of the fine print and do not trust what the sales person is saying.

Bought a adjustable bed on November 11, 2021. 3 different times it was suppose to be delivered and got a email they couldn’t make it. It is now scheduled for March 23,2022. They seen the last of my business!! If I ever get this one!!!

The gentleman who sold us our bed was nice but told us MULTIPLE times we could return the bed within the time frame if we were not satisfied. We were never able to get the bed connected to our internet and when we tried to return the bed we were told we could return the mattress only but we would have to keep the base. This needs to be told to customers when purchasing the bed and asking if it can be returned. We were definitely duped.
