I was switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and was having some problems with the telephone number transferring. After three hours it still was not resolved, and although I was very anxious and frustrated, Malik was calm and professional through the entire process. I did finally get my number back and I just can’t stop thinking about how great Malik was during this entire situation, he was professional yet personable I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Just had a pleasant experience buying an S23 Ultra and a plan here. The Tmobile webstore was glitching out on me, so I had to travel 20miles to get here. I was taken care of promptly, and efficiently by the Joe Jonas lookin guy and a new hire Latina woman. I'm not good with names, so the aforementioned descriptors should do just fine. The new hire got through the process as effortlessly as a seasoned veteran, I might add. Kudos to the Joe Jonas lookin guy and the pleasant new hire Latina woman. Will shop here again in a heartbeat.

While there are several T-Mobile locations in the Champaign-Urbana area, I’ve had the best experience at this location. Today my wife and I came in to get information about adding her to my account and Saquoya took great care of us. The level of customer service and care she showed us was outstanding! In 2023, I feel that great service is rare so I was so delighted when Saquoya took such great care of us. She navigated us through dealing with my wife’s previous wireless carrier even when that providers customer support wasn’t being helpful. She advocated for us and made sure they gave us the info we called for. She also steered us in the right direction of discounts and what plan to choose. I’m a penny pincher and was doing the math on my phone and not only was her guidance accurate and honest, but it beat the price expectations that I walked into the store with! I probably wore Saquoya out with questions, but she was patient, took the time to understand what I was wanting to know and gave us clear guidance on our options and what/why she would do if it were her account. To put a cherry on top, she even got us hooked up with the current promotion for free iPhone 15 Pro’s (with trade in of our current Pro’s). I wasn’t even aware of the promotion and it was just a great win + great service. I’m super grateful for the amazing service Saquoya provided and would recommend you come see her if you’re looking for great service and excellent guidance.

Andrew, Jack, and Saquoya were so awesome today. I came in kind of emotional, frustrated with being on the phone last night. I had trouble explaining my situation and got frustrated with them. They calmed me down, figured out what my question was. They let me use their wifi while in the store. I lost my phone so had to use my laptop. Then they got me a chair, fixed my broken lanyard and made all the phone calls for me. The phone call was a little complicated with language barriers. They even brought me a garbage can to throw away my tissues.so kudos to Andrew, Jack, and Saquoya. They deserve the best review on their evaluations for raises.thank you. I've been a customer for 7 years and am very happy with t-mobileEliza Baugher

6 employees. there are 6 employees and none of them know what frequency bands are. none of them know which phone gets good or bad reception. none of them know if the pixel 7 has fixed the battery problem. none of them knew the pixel 7 had battery problems in the first place, even though it's mentioned in every single review. none of them know how long their phones will get operating system updates, or security updates. none of the 6 employees know that some cheaper phones get 2 or 3 years of updates instead of 5 years. in fact, one employee, after outright admitting that he didn't know what "security updates" means, then blurted out that all tmobile phones get 10 years of updates.... the maximum is 5 years, and thats only for the most expensive flagship phones... literally lied right to my face on purpose, because he realized how stupid he looked in that moment. they just kept telling us to "check the website". we came to a brick and mortar store because the T-Mobile website is terrible and won't show you phones to buy unless you are the primary account holder of the family plan. coming to this T-Mobile store was the most useless frustrating waste of time i have ever been a part of. it's a daycare where they pay the children to sit around doing nothing. all 6 employees knew less about cell phones than me, and everyone I've ever met. just absolutely mind blowing that this store hasn't gone out of business.

The visit to this location was outright enraging. Being a longtime T-Mobile customer, I've JUMP! from many devices no questions asked when visiting other storefronts. The sales reps here verbally outright refused to provide service. Will not be going back at all to this location.
