Saw a computer that I had actually purchased and returned at another store, which was dead out of the box, by the way, for $290 less. I placed the order for in-store pickup and was sent an email in less than 1/2 hour that the order was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful with another purchase.

I ordered computer paper online. I got a good price and it was ready when I got there! No searching in the store and no lines! And…. I remembered to bring in my old batteries to drop off. I found out they recycle lots of other items too at no charge! Total convenience. And I might add, I’m trying to do more local store shopping as opposed to online/shipped this Christmas. And Amazon won’t take your recyclables!

Needed more ink for my printers; was able to obtain all the different cartridges that I needed. I had a problem with obtaining the promotional reward points because I did not have the Staples app. The sales associate was able to show me how to set up the app on my android cellphone. All is good.

Staples is my number 1 store for all office supplies. I love the Forsyth Staples store the best. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Although the entire staff is great, two of my favorite associates are Chris and Justin. They always greet me by name every time I come in and are always so helpful with any questions I might have.
