The Stephens Family YMCA is a nonprofit community service organization serving the area with health and fitness facilities. The facility has just about everything, including a gym with many different types of equipment, an indoor track, a beautiful pool, and a lovely sauna. Members benefit from swimming lessons, group exercise classes, and fitness classes, with family memberships offering good value. The pool is properly monitored with lifeguards on duty. Specific features like a new non-electric treadmill and a rope pull down machine are noted. However, some caveats exist regarding the enforcement of certain policies, like sauna rules, and the lack of amenities like cold showers. Despite this, the weight room and overall offerings are appreciated. The YMCA promotes core values and welcomes all people, striving to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for strong kids, families, and communities.
The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet! 5 stars for them! However, the lifeguards come off as rude & judgmental! Do not make my family feel welcome at all :(

We took advantage of the Childrens Day on Saturday and just played in their children's play area. Our kids and their cousins loved the area and made some new friends! The pool seemed to be monitored properly with staff being present and life guards on duty.
