Specific features like a new non-electric treadmill and a rope pull down machine are noted. However, some caveats exist regarding the enforcement of certain policies, like sauna rules, and the lack of amenities like cold showers. Despite this, the weight room and overall offerings are appreciated. Great gym and community. Up to date equipment and awesome classes. I Wish they had more werq and tai chi classes. Currently available once a week only for both.
