I went thru a crippling financial setback when i had unexpected health complications with etremely long recovery ..with 3 wks full isolation in a secured facility..with 1 wk of observation . Once discharged i got on phone multiple times calling office left multiple messages saying once I return to work or find money ill be into pay on my bill even if only can get $10 I will put it towards my bill ..emailed finally say that was ok kept them updated just make a payment when Possible but I'm unable to make any form of partial payment saying my account has been restricted which requires me to speak to a manager which again used every contact route without success I'm disappointed in service the actions I'm seeing don't match what they told me I'm about out of patience.

The facility is nice & it’s a quick and simple to get a unit. However several message attempts, phone calls and emails go unanswered. There is no one to reach out to that will return your calls.

If you operate an ecommerce company, DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THIS ADDRESS. The order was 100% placed using a stolen credit card.

Storage building is well maintained and no issues - I utilize a temperature controlled unit. Really like that I can manage payment online and don't need to go to the office unless needed. Highly Recommend.

They never return phone calls and are VERY hard to get ahold of. I have called and emailed multiple times with no answer. I also went to the office when they were supposed to be there and there was a sign posted that they were working from home and to call the number posted. I did call and still no return call back. I have moved all of my things out of the unit and have been trying to cancel my month to month payment. They sent me the email with the invoice for next month despite my efforts to get in contact with them to cancel it. Also, it is supposed to be gated however the entire left side of the property does not have a fence and anyone can enter from that side. They also do not plow when it snows or lay salt prior to freezing rain or ice storms which made it very difficult for us to get to our unit a few times.
