My belongings were supposed to be delivered a month ago. I received some of my stuff 10 days later than they said they would deliver and I have yet to receive my mini fridge. I have made 8 phone calls, numerous text messages, 7 emails, and face-to-face conversations with people at Storage Squad; and each time they have assured me that ALL of my belongings will be delivered. However, they have not followed through on their assurances, which means they're depriving me of my personal belongings. This company is terribly disorganized -- their ability to manage their time and resources is so poor I'm amazed they're able to stay in business.

Please give my stuff back, don't tell me you have sold them!!! Again, do not change schedule too often to conceal your incompetence and chaotic, your behaviors is not moral at all and I am going to get some legal services to deal with it.

My son is an international student and returned to campus on Aug 16 post his summer vacations. It's been 6 days and his personal belongings - clothes, blankets, pillows, etc - have still not been delivered to him by the Storage Squad - University of Illinois. Stranded in a foreign country without your personal belongings is a completely unwarranted stress caused by utter mismanagement. Compounding the woes is the worst customer service and support experience. No one answers the customer service line despite holding on for 45mins to an hour and nobody responds to the emails either. You cannot use high volumes as an excuse for shambolic mismanagement and customer service. My son needs his belongings and he needs it now. So please deliver it immediately. (It will be interesting to see how long it would take for the management of Storage Squad to respond to this post. Half expecting an automated response full of excuses and taking no responsibility).

This is ridiculous!! We used your services to store my daughter's refrigerator! We were scheduled to have it dropped off to us on Sunday 8/13/23. WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR FRIDGE!!! I've called 10 times nobody can tell me anything. I've been promised that a supervisor name Briella would call me back! She did not!!! Everytime we call we wait on hold for 20 mins just to be told someone will call us!!! This is the worse service I've ever dealt with!!! BRING ME MY FRIDGE NOW!!!! WE WILL NEVER USE YOU ALL AGAIN!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES SCAMMING COLLEGE STUDENTS!!! PLEASE DONT USE STORAGE SQUAD! I HOPE THEY SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!

Will never use it again. Self-storage is a much more prefereable choice. Poor customer service: slow, uncommunicative, unhelpful, unresponsive, and super inflexible. The customer service is for the entire company rather than UIUC area, and there's no way to contact the local delivery team directly. Also, the customer service hours are 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST), which seems pretty ridiculous.

I want to share how terrible this service is and why you should save your money and emotional health. I have used this service twice during my stay at uiuc. Both times the service has been terrible, especially the second time.The first time I used this service, I had a bunch of my stuff returned destroyed and some stuff missing. However, the missing items were not that expensive and the damages were bothersome but livable. The second time I used this service, they lost very expensive items which have still not been found till this day and I've been calling for about two months now. Also, some items were so destroyed they were unrecognizable.I would like to make a suggestion to help out the next person thinking about using this service, don't. I recommend renting your own storage unit and moving the stuff yourself. In this way you have no chance of losing any items or receiving any damaged ones. I know moving the stuff yourself might be a lot of work but losing or getting damaged items is worse.If you lose an expensive item you only get 100$ for it and you'll have to file the claim yourself. They are very sneaky with their terms and conditions. These guys are thieves and they do not care about their customers.

For everyone who going to select them as their storage options, DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES! I would suggest y'all get a personal storage unit or something that is more reliable than them . I wouldn't never recommend them at all. Horrible customer services! They lost all my items. My items were valued at approximately $2,500 USD. I was only compensated with 100$ USD. NOT TRUSTED!

Absolutely awful. DO NOT USE. Overpriced, awful service. Somehow forgot to deliver three of my boxes on the day and still haven't delivered it several days after. I don't have anything to shower or any of my clothes.

Great customer service. Friendly delivery drivers. I know a lot of businesses are short staffed right now but Storage Squad really went above and beyond. I would recommend them!

showed up late to the pickup and I missed my shuttle to the airport. still haven't delivered my stuff and they're already and hour late. really bad communication on top of that- unresponsive to calls and emails. literally wayyyyyy too overpriced for the most awful, scum of the earth service ever.

Terrible delivery service. Kept me waiting all day for delivery (my scheduled slot was early in the morning) and still did not get the delivery. Customer service was unhelpful when I asked about the estimated delivery time. I dislike services that do not value customers' time. Never going to use this again.

I had to use Storage Squad for storage over the summer due to Covid, and I scheduled a delivery for 8/24, but only 1 of my 2 orders were delivered(2 days later than the expected date). I was understanding about this because I learned that the storage garage door was jammed, which delayed things, and the delivery guy was very helpful.HOWEVER, what I am frustrated by is the fact that the 2nd order has not been sent, even though it's been 3 weeks already. The only responses to the multiples emails I've sent were that "they'll look into things," but no other responses so far. I'll post an update whether or not my school supplies, winter clothes, and bed sheets(yeah I'm sleeping on only a mattress rn) arrive before winter.

Don't use them, they are terrible. They did not come to deliver my stuff on the schedule date. And I did not get my stuff, even till now. There is no further explanation. Contacting them via email and phone are both useless. (And I even tried FB). I hope it is not because they have lost my stuff, but I found it not convincing to simply disappear even when a appointment is scheduled and following with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.

These guys are clowns. First off they scheduled my delivery at 11:30-1:30. Then, without any reason, they changed it to 2-4 PM. Now, they are 54 minutes late and counting. Complete clowns. Never store your stuff with them ever.
