They employees are great and love going here for haircuts with my kids and myself but I went there yesterday to get some rose gold highlights and paid 175 for them but what i got was nothing like I wanted and can't even see the color just barely see the highlights and it was a miscommunication between me and the employe and I could tell she was deeply sorry for me not getting exactly what I wanted I could feel that she really cared and I'm not mad at her she's great with kids and people she just told me if I am looking for that specific color to go to a different salon in the nicest way possible I am down from it not coming out the way I hoped but like I said lack of communication not her fault I will continue to go there with my kids and myself for haircuts
