I asked for dead ends off and some layers. My hair is in chunks of different sizes and the layers aren’t blended at all. My sister asked for a half inch off and the stylist took off almost two whole inches and also left her with chunky layers. I have been here many times before and never had this experience but I don’t think I will ever be coming back.

I went in last minute to get hair washed and cut. Sadly, this is one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. Stylist was very nice. However, she cut my hair too short and gave me short horrible bangs. I’ve tried to style it differently so you can’t tell but it hasn’t worked. She didn’t ask if I wanted short bangs. I told her I wanted long layers. I cried, the cut was horrible.
