Came from out of town (Houston) and before going to the hotel, decided to pick some things up for the weekend.
Upon entry, just inside the first set of door, was a smeared pile of human excrement. How do I know it was human? Because when I went to the restroom myself, it was there, too. In the toilet, on the seat, on the toilet paper holder and, weirdly, on a lot of the toilet paper. It was disgusting.
But we continued through the store. Everything was a mess. Clothes everywhere and in disarray. I know retail is crazy, but man, this was not normal.
When leaving (30-40 minutes later), the feces was still there, and had been stepped in and tracked further. I let a woman know, and she said she was getting to it. Cool.
All in all, horrible experience and I’d rather go to Walmart, which is saying a lot.

Not enough staff to have more than one or two registers open with no self checkout. Disorganized and empty shelves

The store is a disaster. It’s not a lack of employees because they were walking around all over the place but the clothes were laying all over the place. Shoe dept had shoes out of boxes all over the floor and Starbucks garbage just sitting on shelves. I’ve never been in a store that looked so absolutely horrible.

I was there on Saturday morning shortly after they opened and couldn't believe the shape of the store. It was like a tornado went thru it! You couldn't push a cart thru half the departments because of the merchandise on the floor.

Normally a great experience with pick up and this store. Today I placed an order. An item was marked as unavailable by staff. Upon reaching the store I went in to check for other options and the item I ordered was sitting directly in the front of the cabinet. Not blocked or hidden. Definitely not an overall experience for this store just this singular encounter.

This location has tanked. The store is a mess, many things are not in stock and the check out lanes are a lengthy disaster. I don't see the same employees that I have seen there for years and maybe that is the problem.

Target is GREAT!! The PickUp portion was alil lax for my taste. Picked up items that totaled close to $600 & the worker didn't ask me my app confirmation number, repeated my name TO ME, & handed over my Apple products....glad I'm honest because that would have been a costly mistake on their part.

No one answers the phone. I submitted a drive up order yesterday and it said it would take two hours. It’s been over 12 hours and still my order is not completed. When I attempted to call to check on the order, I’m getting hung up on. Target used to be one of my favorite stores. The inconsistency is changing that so quickly.
