The biggest issue I have with this apartment is the package pickup system. Unlike most apartments, the packages here are not organized by unit numbers. Instead, all deliveries are placed together in a single room. This means that every time I need to pick up a package, I end up spending at least half an hour searching for it. It’s extremely inconvenient, and I have never seen any other apartment handle packages in such a disorganized way.
On top of that, the system feels very unsafe. Since packages are all mixed together, it’s easy for someone to pick up the wrong one, and this can cause other residents’ deliveries to go missing. This has already happened to one of my friends, who lost a package in this system.
A much safer and more efficient option would be to connect the packages to residents’ unit numbers and have the front desk staff hand them out after verifying the unit. That way, everyone can receive their packages quickly and securely without the current confusion and risk.

I found Isha Shamsi very helpful when I was going through the application and leasing process. She answered all of my questions regarding pricing, amenities, and application requirements in a kind and timely manner. With her help, my roommates and I were able to sign for the unit that we wanted and I'm very happy with the service she provided!!

The buildings trash chute hasn’t been working for almost three weeks now. Fruit fly infestation as a result. They will swarm you in the elevator and other parts of the building. Very unsatisfied with management’s lack of proper problem resolution.

My daughter just moved in, and unfortunately, the place was full of fruit flies from the start. It was very disappointing to walk into an unclean and uncomfortable environment, especially on move-in day. For the amount we’re paying, I expected the unit to be properly cleaned and ready. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves the issue quickly, because this should not be the first impression for new residents.

The trash room is overfilling so much that you cant walk in. They still haven’t given me my parking spot number, and forgot to give me my apartment key when moving in. There are fruit flies all over the building

DO NOT RENT THERE. They owe me $2,684.42 from my move-out over a year ago. They stopped replying to my emails after promising to send a check. They are thieves. Stay away.

I usually overlook this place but I walked in during my apartment hunt and the staff here, especially Aniya, is very helpful, polite, very chill and funny! Great experience overall and definitely a place to consider
