The employees went on lunch right when my rental time started so I was unable to pick up the truck. They did not return for over 3 hours. No refund and employees were unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Extremely rude. When asked if I wanted a 10’ or 15’ and I said whatever is available, she responded “ma’am, I’m not going to do this with you, I’m about to close in 5 minutes.” Not going to do this with me? Ok. I will take my business elsewhere.

Well now I know why this location has one star. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Lady said I could pick up at 6. Sign said OPEN. Knocked on door. I could hear people talking. I peeped the sign and she puts to CLOSED. She would not answer phone. I CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND DROVE DOWN THE STREET.
