Service is great, and they handle Amazon returns for free. They also have shedding services which is very cheap and convenient. Mailing packages is also a breeze.

UPS delivery driver in this town never call for a package requires signature, and just pass by. Like Always. Today as well I am home and waiting for my package but all I get is the 'we missed you' email. It's not a first time. If they dont even try, what do they get paid for? It seems this store is not related to package coming from out of town so I am leaving 5 stars here, but it really needs correction. If u could do something like speaking to any supervisor please do so.

Just came in and there was a line to the door, thought I would be in here all day but I was gone in 5 minutes! I returned 3 things to Danika while my wife went to James, truly exceptional service!
