If I could give them negative stars, I would!!I went to pick up a package for my friend (yes, this is allowed- but with the correct documents, which I did not have a proper understanding of). I had the great misfortune of ending up with the miserable excuse of an employee named Brian- as soon as I told him what I was there for, he was already raising his voice. Every time I tried to speak and explain myself, or inquire about what I needed that I did not have, he spoke over me and was eventually yelling in my face. I literally told him to stop yelling at me, but he would not. He refused to even look at the USPS email I had that listed me as the pickup person for this package, and he then shooed me away to call up the next customer. He yelled at that poor guy too!I tried to get him to listen to me afterwards, but he yelled again. And I mean YELLED. And Y'ALL- when I tell you another RANDOM customer started yelling at me too!!!! The audacity?? Finally, the lady next to him at least heard me out- I believe her name was Natasha. She was still rude, but less than Brian..Let me clarify- I was NOT trying to fight for that package. Not even a little bit. No big deal! I just wanted to be POLITELYexplained the correct way to go about this so that I'd know for next time. And I told Natasha that I did not deserve to be screamed at by that man- he heard that and started yelling again!! And so did the rando customer :pIt was like an episode off of a sitcom, I couldn't believe it; it was so bad that it was comical. I am a very small 27 year old girl, and these old men really thought they could act any kind of way- probably just wanted to show dominance or something... I don't know.I do not wish him harm. However, I do hope that every time he has to sneeze, it goes away. I hope that all his socks ride down in all his shoes. I hope that every time he goes to a restaurant, they take forever to bring his food- and when they do, it's incorrect. I hope that he hits every red light when he's running late. I hope whenever he goes grocery shopping, the cashier accidentally double scans an item. I hope that the next time he has to poop in a public restroom, there's no more toilet paper. This man must be fired immediately. What an absolute pathetic excuse of a person. Please, find a job that involves zero human interaction. This ain't the one for you bud. I truly hope you find happiness in your life so that you don't continue to project your own misery on every stranger who walks into you workplace. :)

Sent SSN via registered mail, "delivery attempted", mysteriously lost at this postal office, and then a fraudulent tax return filed in my name. Use UPS/FedEx, anything but this pos office

Would give ZERO if I can. I hope the next time the people who work here are in trouble, nobody would appreciate their hardships and help them and they will be treated with the most agonizing indifference

Worst service possible I have been having a conflict with this post office in regards to my mail the first staff member Natasha told me I could not place my mail on hold so I took it off and gave a mailing address the change was not put in to place and my mail was still being delivered to an address I do not reside at I then came in and spoke to vernessa who put in the address change which was suppose to be until April but the mail was not being forwarded theee and they said I put it to the address I moved from but that was inaccurate they were going off a 2023 address change then I spoke with another female clerk who said the temporary address was never put in I then proceeded to purchase a p.o.box and after purchasing the clerk told me that was on file so why wasn’t it being forwarded is my question then for all of them to have an attitude as of I’m being problematic for wanting my mail and wanting them to take this serious and not place my mail in a mailbox where the address is blocked. This is a big problem to treat customers with no respect or play around with important information is not professional.. usps has to do a better job about hiring individuals and them taking their role as serious as it is I have never had so many complications and all on behalf of the staff was absolutely ridiculous

I don't have a printer at my house. I asked if I emailed them the return label if they could print it for me. "We don't do that here", she said.

Worst experience ever. Especially old officer is very very rude, yelling at customer and humiliating customer. Even he does not care about what customer asks. If you are from other countries other than the US, you will get a worst experience here.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes (only 2 people in front of me) the lady working there did not Allow me to drop off my charger of address form because I had my 8lb Chihuahua in my tote bag. The lady looked over at me several times while I was in line and was aware I had him with me - her justification for not allowing me to just hand her the form I had already filled and just needed her to grab was that she needed to scan the back of my id -which I had ready on hand - she became contradictive when she realized everyone in line behind me was looking at her in awe at her stereotypical US postal service power hungry personality. Zero customer service skills and just plain stupid robotic standards.

I haven't posted an online review in close to a decade, but the worker named Sarah was so bizarrely rude that I came out of retirement. Despite the fact that I was as courteous as I could possibly be, Sarah seemed to be upset that I came in to pick up a package. Sarah said the Post Office does not hold packages. I tried to tell Sarah that customer service told me it was being held there for 7 business days, but she cut me off and would not let me explain. When I asked if Sarah could do me a favor and double check, she said she already did. When I explained it was not possible for her to have looked up the package - because I didn't give her any of my information yet - Sarah yelled at me and refused to look up the tracking number. Sarah angrily asked for the delivery address, went in the back, then came out and said the mail-carrier told her he delivered it (apparently he remembered my name and address by heart). I contacted the building where it was supposedly delivered, but they told me they never received anything.I'm still puzzled as to why Sarah was so uncivil and unwilling to even look up my package number despite the respect that I showed her. I support Postal Workers for all their hard work but must admit Sarah embodies every negative stereotype about USPS that you can imagine.

This post office is very unprofessional, unorganized and inconsiderate to peoples mail and important documents.. I ordered some important pieces in February to get an early start for my daughter’s birthday which was in April. The items (on different days) were marked DELIVERED.. But wasn’t in my mailbox, lockbox nor my front door.. I called and an “investigation” supposedly was placed. The person that called back said they were sending a carrier out to check and see if there were a mistake and maybe it was placed in the wrong box.. Carrier never came back out. I caught the carrier the next day and asked if he could open the boxes so that I could help him look and he told me he already looked and there was no mistake…. FAST FORWARD, it is now June 1st. and some net tenants moved in the complex and rang my doorbell with my packages in hand. I called the post office again to let them know what had happened and I was told someone would called me back about the situation. Going on 3 weeks still no call. I can not use the items now and of course it’s been 4 months and I can’t get a refund on the items and couldn’t dispute it because it was marked DELIVERED! This has also happened TWICE with my tax return check and another check and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT.. The Supervisor that I talked to was in a rush and didn’t do anything to resolve my issue. I wish they would hire new employees or shut the whole place down!! I believe the checks were stolen by an employee. There has been an investigation launched by the IRS/FEDERAL department. As far as the packages, that’s a loss I have to chop up. Sad and pitiful. I’ve also caught the mailman sleep in his truck parked by the lock boxes.

HE EXCEEDED 60 MPH AND I CAUGHT UP TO HIM AND REALIZED HE WORKS AT THE NEIL STREET LOCATION. HE NEEDS TO BE CHECKED ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR AND I DO PLAN ON REACHING OUT TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT ?

You'd think that the employees are trained to waste your time here.I've had multiple packages marked as "Delivered" or "No Access to Delivery Location" without any attempts to deliver the package. The office rarely answers the phone during business hours, which makes rescheduling these "failed" deliveries a huge pain.I needed to add delivery instructions to a package, but the website was down. When I finally got through on the phone, they told me that I had to visit them in person to make the changes. When I got there, they told me that I couldn't change the delivery instructions in person and I had to do it online. I told them that their website was down and that they had just told me to visit in person during our phone call and they acted like I was wasting *their* time.

I was given the wrong mailbox keys, so for three months I’m wondering why I keep getting someone else’s mail. I had to reach out to that tenant and give them their keys because they also have the wrong keys. So now I don’t have mailbox keys. I went out of my way to walk all the way to the post office just for the front clerk to be unbelievably rude and blame me for not coming sooner. I was also yelled at for giving the correct tenant their keys back and they are expecting me to pay $40 for a mistake they made. I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible.

Terrible service even for USPS. The old blonde hair lady was so rude, kept blaming on you for bringing her more work and did not help a thing.
