Package for my Customer shows out for delivery at 6am from Champaign, IL and they never showed they delivered it!. Terrible service!. I now will have to open service requests up to find out what's going on!. Usps ALWAYS is messing up these days enoughs enough now!.

The staff is excellent but there aren't enough of them. Usually there is one person working the counter and several people waiting in line. I regularly wait 10 minutes before getting to the front of the line.

Long lines, one person at counter working most times. Very slow. If there's 3 or 4 people in front of you, you might as well plan a half hour. Good luck getting someone by the self check window. I buzzed and waited 10 minutes.
