Terrible customer service. They always close early, and never abide by the hours. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Do better USPS!!

Made a passport appointment online, went in, they said that they don’t do them when I quite literally had a confirmation on my phone saying that they did. So they could have at least called/texted me before I came in to let me know. Unprofessional.

Adam helped me with everything and he was so patient and kind! I don’t mail things very often and he made it so much easier and guided me so that I could save the most money
