Had a great experience coming into this store. Was acknowledged and greeted as I entered. Treated as a important customer and issue was solved rite away. Bobby was a breath of fresh air after going to the Verizon store on Town Center Blvd. Where I was very unappreciated and talked down to. Drive the extra 2 minutes and come here!

Robbie is great! Knowledgeable, hardworking, and relatable. He helped me at the Rantoul location, filling in due to staffing issues, and in that time he set up two lines of service for me and processed a cellphone upgrade, all while helping 3-4 separate customers at the same time. Because I had such a great experience, I went to his home location a week later to upgrade another device. I was in and out in no time, and he helped me with a difficult data transfer after he completed our transaction. As his job is sales, he 100% did not have to help me with that step, but did anyway and I appreciate it greatly. Once again, all this while taking care of 4 separate customers by himself. Give that man a raise, but HIRE HIM SOME HELP!!

Recently bought a new phone at this store. They didn't have it in stock, so ordered it, telling me it would be there in 1-2 days, took 6. Was told the setup fee and sales tax would be around $40, it was $85. I still didn't complain. When I had my new phone ordered, they also ordered my phone case for me. That took 1.5 weeks to show up, and then it was the wrong case. Then they order me a different one thinking that's the correct one, and again that was the wrong one as well when it arrived. They also charged me the $8 difference between the cases. Eventually got a refund for the cases and told to go to best buy or order off Amazon because they couldn't find the right case. I found it on Amazon and got the right case on my first try. Extremely disappointed with how long this process was, and the lack of being offered anything to make it right. Some sort of discount or at least a free phone charger or something like that. The owner talks down about the corporate store, but didn't do anything to make me feel like he appreciated my business. I won't be back at this store.

This store is very lucky to have a worker like Bobby! When I arrived he was multitasking already assisting 2 other customers, with him being the only worker present. He helped me pick out the right phone for my business use, and even helped pick out and applied my screen protection. Talk me through all the warranties and coverage to make me feel confident with my decision. Highly recommend if going to this store, definitely ask for Bobby by name!
