Very cooperative staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Both pharmacists are cut above the rest in customer accommodation and breadth of knowledge.I'm very fortunate to have been a continuous customer for 22 years and counting. Highly recommended, indeed.

As a pain patient and advocate, a person who has been in the pain community for many, many years, one of my biggest and earliest bugaboos was some of the side-eye that can happen when you're a chronic sufferer.Those who've shared this experience know exactly (and unfortunately!) what I'm talking about. So, coming back to Champaign after being gone for 15 years, naturally, one of my biggest anxieties was setting up the systems that'd make even simply daily living... possible. And finding a pharmacy, nay PHARMACIST, was one of the most towering tasks!When I first met Kristin (and I hope she forgives me if I've misspelled!), I wasn't sure she and I were going to be fast friends! LOL! But, after that first initial meet-up, after working with her for just ten minutes, I knew she knew what she was doing!Immediately, I noted she had an eye for detail, while also concentrating on about thirty other things! She puzzled out the difficulties of prescriptions and a doctor's "idea" of them ;D, along with my different insurances, fighting to safeguard my privacy.Dignity in medicine isn't always an easy thing to find, but while you might find Kristin *serious*, she's also genuinely caring, empathetic, and seems to really want to *know* the customer she's serving.Sometimes, especially in the pain community, the details really are in the story of a person's life. When I shared mine with her, she appreciated it, and even though we've only dealt with one another just a couple of times, she still *recognizes me*, even just on the phone, so you tell it's important to her. Where you get that kind of customer services (or when you get it!) these days is rare and definitely in-between!I never expected to be giving a Walgreens a 5-star rating, but it's because of Kristin that Walgreens -- at least thus far, at least for me -- has been a 5-star experience! =) I wish her and her team all the best!

Dr bull put in my prescriptions on Oct 26 2023, I picked up 2 prescriptions , with 1 prescription on order. On Nov 17th I picked up my 3rd prescription, from a text message to me on Nov 16th and a phone call asking me to pass my prescription to another person because there was a shortage, I refused it took 22 days for walgreens to fill my prescriptions for my surgery.Walgreens unprofessional staff very rude, lies to customers, and they all need to be replaced or rethought customer service with a smile. Notice they nvr respond to the reviews.

Thanks for not letting me know my medication was out of stock, making me call other pharmacies, making me drive across town for a partial refill, and then charging me double for the pleasure. Zero empathy and zero care if you are in pain. Top notch douchebag move.

Asked spouse to pick up prescription for me. Got home to find out they just filled my last antibiotic I don't need. The prescription filled was a daily med. that I use. Spouse had no idea what it was,they told spouse, Doctor ordered it. Doctor changed antibiotic cause the one didn't work ordered new one. Walgreens filled it with no Doctor's permission. This would have been a pain killer that would not have ever happened. I believe it's the Pharmacist fault for sneaking in the sale. It said no refill and that what it stands for greedy bas---d. What happened to honest people ? Not a mistake has happened before, just didn't catch it in time.
