It would be great if you updated your pharmacy hours! I had Urgent care send a scrip to you because you were ‘open’ until 10pm. All to arrive and find out the pharmacy has been closed over a year!

First Walgreens I have been to that does not have a pharmacy. Sign on the door said it was temporary closed. Makes me wonder how long this store will stay open.

Low prices on soda pop as long as you buy three. Good prices on candy bars, etc. Friendly, helpful staff.

Don't go to Walgreens for a COVID test (PCR) if you actually need it back within 72 hours - the lab is VERY slow and you will not get it in time for travel restrictions, even though the advertised turnaround time is 24-72 hours.

Picked up Thyroid pills for my disabled wife. Got home and discovered they shorted us 5 pills from a 30 pill order. Since the Doc OK'd 5 refills for the future, who would have thought to count? I just had a feeling the bottle was light. The most disturbing part of this is that now I'll need to count every pill every time I go there. If it was a shortage of a "recreational" drug, I'd suspect a rogue employee was pocketing a few for himself. But I just can't imagine a black market ring of little old ladies trafficking in thyroid hormone. I suppose if the store shorts a few pills on thousands of pickups per week, they stand to make a hefty profit. On the other hand, if an overworked employee miscounted by one pill, OK, I understand. But, off by five - no way. If you're that incompetent, do I really want you handling my other meds, that could be fatal if mishandled? It's a shame either way. I have to change pharmacies.PS: Site wouldn't let me post zero stars.

Heading to the checkout, I pass 3 employees standing in the same area having a conversation which by the sound of it had nothing to do with work. As i reach the checkout counter one of the girls realizes she now has to do her job so she comes to the register. At the register I always make sure to say hello to the cashier and ask how they are. The girl checking me out actually laughed at me in response & didn't say anything else. This is not the first time an employee at this store has been deliberately dismissive and borderline disrespectful to me for merely attempting to be polite at the checkout. Horrible customer service by many of the younger female employees. Not asking to be treated like the queen of england. It would just be nice to not be mocked or treated with disdain for simply asking someone how they are. Especially after seeing them chatting it up and being in a great mood with their fellow employees just seconds before. It's like they give people a bad attitude for coming to the register because it means they actually have to go work. It'a a shame because the store has plenty of great employees who actually work really hard. The few employees who actively treat the customers like disturbances are the only issue. But yes it is bad enough to rate the store 1 star. I can't imagine how many people walk out of that store feeling badly about themselves for trying to be nice and polite to a cashier.

Apparently I'm not the only one whose been waiting longer than 72 hours for a covid test result. They blamed the weather and refused to even give me a time estimate. The weather hasn't been that bad for multiple days and is starting to clear up. I don't really know what to say other than the fact that they need to get their priorities in check. They obviously have had timing problems far past the previous week. If you read other comments they complain at some point about taking too long for prescriptions, these comments go back years. Overall they need to get their act together and stop lying about time frames...

While waiting in the pharmacy line, there was an older black gentleman in front of me being helped by a younger black lady. They were laughing, because he made several statements that he could not understand spanish accents and continued to make fun of spanish people. The Walgreens' employee was laughing with him and did nothing else to squash the comments. After she heard that my last name Is Spanish, I asked if she could understand me with my Spanish accent. She acted as if she did not hear and disappeared behind the counter somewhere and had someone else help me. Shame on you! We also pay taxes and work hard and have families. We pay your salary. Shame on you! I look to you for help and rely on trusting you with my health needs. I hate coming to this walgreens ever since that happened and wish I had said something immediately.

I’m a college student who uses this Walgreens mostly because the others closer to Campustown are very busy and have long wait times. My most recent visits have been terrible however. I’ve had repeated issues with one pharmacy technician. She’s been very rude, unhelpful, and has created many confusions between me and my doctors due to her incompetence. One time she closed the pharmacy 25 minutes before the posted lunch break. I left my prescription with them to be filled to pick up after their break. However during this time she misplaced the paper prescription I gave her and was not able to get my prescription filled until the next day. Additionally, I went to pick up a phoned in prescription and she told me she didn’t have it. I called my doctor and they assured they sent it in. I called the pharmacy again after several exchanges with my doctor and they said they had received it, time stamped before I went to pick it up. This woman is terrible, unfriendly and incompetent. If you have prescriptions that need to be filled timely, I do not recommend this location, or just avoid this woman in general.
