They took a week to fill a prescription that was a refill. I missed 2 days of high blood pressure / heart medication. The pharmacist was even concerned. Stop your DEI hirings. Hire better staff.

Nearly every month, there's a random snag. Today, the pharmacist had my filled medication in hand and ready to go, then said it had to be put back and refilled. My medications are all mental health related, and they screw up nearly every single month. Do you know how messed up that is?

Pharmacy not open when it’s suppose to be, lines long and very slow moving. Customer service is terrible. I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy.

Rude staff. I go to pick up my sons prescription & they tell me it’s not ready when i got a call stating that it was. Once we got home i realized they didn’t even give us everything so I called the store & they claim they didn’t have the other prescription from the doctor then all of a sudden insurance approved for them to give me another prescription. Went back a second time they gave me too much of the prescription they’re just understaffed and very rude & unprofessional. I won’t be using them anymore!

Repeatedly the pharmacy is closed yet they still let you sign up for Covid testing. What a waste of time and gas. Let people know on the website or take off Covid testing for specific times. So many better routes to take
