  Horrible experience. Stood at the electronics desks for 10 minutes and had 5 employees walk right past me and not ask how they could help. On the 6th, I asked for help, and they would send someone. Stood there for 5 more minutes and nothing. Rude and do not appreciate your business. Save yourself the trouble and go to Target down the street.

  why do we have to leave a star? unflushed toilets, floor needed swept in bathroom, rearranged store, ungodly strong marijuana smell & long lines (customers not scanning their groceries fast enough) 🤪

  I was told that I had to return something in person that was shipped in error. This location has security gates and security out front. I support it if it helps with theft.

  After being “remodeled”, you’d think that this store would be better. It’s NOT! How about hiring people who really want to work?!? Love seeing your head of cashiers on their phones and not paying attention to the customers needing assistance at the self check out lanes. If you expect us to shop at your store, make sure you hire people who actually give a damn! Oh wait, this is ghetto Walmart, no one gives a damn at this store. Sad but true.
  Your employees are rude and inconsiderate to your customers. You’ve hired people to stand in corners to be on their phones. And it shows! Shelves are never full, can’t find what you need. Shelves are too tall and can’t reach the overhead, for what you’re needing.
  Store is filthy and dark, this isn’t a “newly remodeled” store. And don’t get me going on your parking lot! It’s atrocious to any vehicle

  No parking for RV’’s, & Semi’s??? Truck drivers bring you your ish! Female security is rude. Threaten to call cops when I asked if there is overnight parking. I’ve seen Walmarts get shutdown before…humble yourself. Busy worried about parking lot, should have been stopping the white lady with a full shopping cart in front women’s restroom, loading trash bags!

  I hate the way walmart now wants to coral us into two entrances and still have hardly anyone working the checkout lanes. I mean come on. If you are gonna make us work to check out then we shouldn't have to wait in a line to the produce section to check out. This is particularly the Champaign location and any other ones that have this newer setup. If you're going to do it then have more employees checking out. They can't like this system anymore than the customer.

  On November 29th, 2024, at around 3-7pm, there was a supermarket employee (male, around 5' 9, with glasses) selectively checking my shopping receipts as I leave the store, and I noticed he didn't check any other customers at all, my house is less than 1 miles from Walmart, and I went to observe him for sevral times and noticed he barely check people who don't have much in common with me, clearly this practice is suspected of racial discrimination.
