My roomate and I were having issues with our washer and maintenance (Kobe & Harvestor) installed and brand new washer within a couple days, they were so kind and quick to help.

West Quad is a great place to live for UIUC students. The location is ideal—close to campus and Campustown, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and nightlife. The apartments are modern and spacious, with great amenities like a pool, gym and sauna. The staff is friendly and helpful, and management is responsive.

Have had an amazing experience with the property staff, maintenance staff, and everyone involved in west quad this year. Excellent communication, help, and follow up! Highly recommend this apartment for UIUC students!

Only persistent problem is I have is that I can't take the stairs up to my apartment (stairway always locked), so when I'm in a rush I still have to wait on the elevator.
Otherwise it has been a good experience.
