grey headed black woman was beyond rude and kept popping off to my young daughter and spouse when she wasn't even involved in the uhaul return. Another very nice black woman was waiting in them and was very professional. This older woman has a massive chip on her shoulder and should be fired. Clearly working with the public is not her forte. Will never come back.

07/30/2020 I went to have my fingerprints taken. Store was to open at 9am. Woman saw me standing outside door at 9:05am -9:10am and left doors locked as she continued to vacuum floors. I was first of two customers. She opened doors at 9:18 am. I told her I was there for company requested fingerprinting and that I had a code given to me for her to use. She told me I was early for appointment. I asked when she finished with the only other customer in store ,if she could fingerprint me. She refused. She said I was 20 minutes early for appointment. I told her I understood but I was the only customer in store when she finished with the other patron. She stated I would need to wait. I asked who does the fingerprinting. She stated she did. I asked why if store was empty I would need to wait 20 minutes. She repeated its not your appointment time and if I asked her one more time she would refuse to do the fingerprinting. I told her perhaps the owner would like to be aware of her responses. She answered she did not care what the owner thought. I told her I would make my company and owner aware of her unprofessionalism and rudeness. She stated she did not care. I would not recommend doing any business with EasyPay as their employees need lessons in customer service and a respect for the company they work for....

I reserved a U-Haul vehicle several days in advance. They called me to confirm the pickup time, location and vehicle days in advance. When I went to pick up the vehicle on the day, they not only didn't have my vehicle, they had no vehicles whatsoever! Then they told me that the vehicle was on the other side of town. No communication from them after the confirmation call. Unacceptable service.

You can either pay by the game $5 or pay by the hour $27.50 for up to 6 people. We had 5 people and only got through 1 game in an hour. Save money and purchase by the game!
