Decent product but HORRIFIC support. There is no way to reach a human via phone. YOU are forced to go to SMS or online chat with overseas CSRs who can't speak comprehensible English and transfer you 4 times. If you CAN manage to muddle through the AI phone tree and reach a human, it's someone in Lower Punjabistan that doesn't speak English.

Waited for an hour and there were only two customer service agents in the store at a Saturday afternoon while 7 teams of people are waiting. Even one other employee didn’t help at all. They work horrribly slow and make people leave. I’ve never seen this aweful customer service and speed. They don’t want to work fast enough, so the customers don’t have to wait more than an hour. It makes me furious and not want to use Xfinity service anymore. I am no longer the customer of Xfinity

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Xfinity's customer service, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The representatives I spoke with seemed uninformed and struggled to communicate effectively in English, which made resolving my issues incredibly frustrating.
It's hard to understand how a company as profitable as Xfinity cannot hire staff with at least a high school diploma who can effectively assist customers. The lack of knowledge and communication skills among the customer service team is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I hope they take steps to improve their hiring practices and provide the quality of support that customers deserve.

Just dropped off some equipment and to say the lady that took my name was rude was an understatement. They is no sign about where to check in. So I approached an employee who was standing there. She asked what I needed. I told her to return some equipment. She asked my name, and I assumed she wanted the name on the account. So I gave her my husband's name. She rudely said noooooo yourrr name! I gave it to her. She pointed across the room and told me to go stand back over there and wait my turn. Then she walks of to an elderly woman and asks if she has been checked in. The lady replied yes and stated she had been waiting for quite a while and ask if about how much longer. The woman replied with a shrug and a no idea and walked away. Luckily for both of us there was a nice gentleman at the register who tried to answer the woman's question and then called me up and took the equipment. He was very friendly and personable. I don't know his name but it was at 3:51 PM on 8/5/24 and it says cashier is R/O on the receipt.

I just moved to my house in Illinois. Two days prior, I spent almost 2 hours getting it all signed up for. Then, I asked for an appointment to "install" all for an extra $100. The Technician was sent out, but not to install. I spent 2 more hours texting with someone, no results, tried to get me to switch my cell service, and they ended the text thread. I called an Xfinity number, the automated service kept hanging up on me. Googled more, found numbers, called, was hung up on about 6 times, and finally got through to some REAL PEOPLE. Transfer, Transfer, Transfer. Finally, another using-up-my-time hour later, all together 3.5 using-up-my-time hours, an appointment was scheduled. This was very unorganized, frustrating, and infuriating. The movers from Illinois told me that Xfinity is terrible. I have heard mostly bad. If I can talk my husband into it going to DirecTV, I will be canceling all that I'm able to, and I'm probably contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Awful customer service. Y'all should try coming into work sober for once. I returned my router/modem yet still got charged for another month, despite their assurances that I wouldn't be. Impossible to get connected to customer service as well, making for an annoying situation that could have been prevented if they knew what they were doing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER it takes forever to reach a live agent and when you do they're incompetent and cannot help 2 hrs on the phone and no resolution.
