They are the worst! They will scam you by offering a deal, rope you in, then start charging you extra without any notifications for stuff that was supposed to be free, then they will act like they can't and won't do anything about that because said account is past due because of all those extra charges that weren't supposed to be there in the first place. Just to keep sending you a bill for all those extra charges. Seems like they are breaking some laws to me. Js.

I’ve had nothing but problems with their service and have been told conflicting things multiple times by the staff of this store. Honestly this is the worst service or provider you could go with and the store is even more of an abomination. There’s a very good reason why this place and service is so poorly rated, go somewhere else.

A salesman named Jonathan helped me set up my new mobile plan in person. It was an easy, smooth process. I told him to expect a call from my sister when she set up her line on my plan remotely. She encountered some technical difficulties, and he worked for several hours to make sure that her line was working correctly. I am leaving this review to thank him and make sure his hard work is acknowledged.

Worst experience with any wifi or phone provider. (Wifi is working since setting it up but it was a nightmare to set up. Customer Support in Store and over the phone were abominable. Yet even that wasn’t as bad as switching our phones over.) I’m now without phone service at all for the next few days because they messed up and canceled our service with our old provider and then couldn’t get us connected to them. That was their mistake and they won’t do anything about it.) We were about to set up our security system with them but not anymore. We originally switched because of the price but after this horrific experience we don’t care. We’re happy to pay more for a good experience. We will be canceling them shortly.

My phone was taped together so I couldn't wait for the phone to come in the mail two or three days later so we decided to make our way down to Champaign to do in store. We had a wonderful woman named Porsche help us. We have never had customer service like hers. She engaged my children and she spoke to them about the features of the phone and helped them decide what they wanted. She definitely had energy and my children are very extra and she met their extra energy. She was amazing. Good time today, and lots of laughs. Thanks Porsche, my kids are still talking about you hours later. ?

They lie about easy seamless moving. Did on line, took a call to walk through and confirm but no service at new address and nothing but a computer who is sorry they can't understand the problem

Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone. I had the WORST experience that all started back in May, here it is July and still nothing is right. Now I'm stuck paying way more than I was previously for a 2 yr contract all because I was given false information. Mind you i called on 3-4 different days before switching things around and was given the same information from differ reps and all of that just for it to be completely FALSE. Im beyond upset and no one ever seems to care. Whenever theres a resolution miraculously the phone disconnects or the chat agent is offline and i never receive a call back. Actual people in the store are nice but other than that, I would not recommend.

Service has been out since the storm, they send text’s saying that it’s restored, but then it isn’t. Now it’s showing outages again but no updates on the progress so far. Before the storm it was just slower than the speed we pay for but now it’s just a fancy plastic paper weight at the moment.

Great service from Tom today. He was patient and explained everything to me. He showed me some deals and the problem was solved quickly. All the xfinity employees there were polite and willing help.

If I could leave no stars I would. 1200mbps internet is $80 per month. Everytime we use the internet for anything the service crashes for 30 minutes or more sometimes. Worst part is they won't say that it's actually an issue until it affects the entire neighborhood so we can't even get a technician out to look at it. Don't use Xfinity if you have other options available.

FIND ANOTHER SERVICE!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED! Our internet hasn't been working for a month, we've called countless times and they just keep telling us everything is fine. So we went into the office because it's impossible to get through to anyone that can help on the phone. We set up an appt for a service call. 3 days before our appt they cancelled and said they are not coming because everything is fine. Well it's not fine, luckily we're no longer under contract so we will be switching ASAP. Pay attention to the ratings and I can guarantee the 5 star ratings are not genuine. This place is trash and that's how they will treat you!!

The store associates are always there to help with any questions that I have. I was frustrated by my services acting up but the store rep got me a tech visit to fix my issue. The store rep also had me email him once my service was fixed and got me credit for my outage.

I am a preferred customer. I switched my Verizon to them. I had a very nice black woman tell me about the plan they were promoting, and what phone they were offering, and the wonderful 5G.
