They would not pay to have my nephews car repaired that got front end damage while in their possession. They said they did not have lot insurance, and we were on our own. What a horrible place.

Congratulations Auto Science for terrible diagnostic check and service. We've been taking our cars for Auto Science for over 10 years. We had a 2013 Hyundai Elantra which we were trying to get 1 more year out of. We KNEW that there was an issue with the brakes because the brake light was on and there was fluid under the car. We TOLD auto science when we dropped it off that the if the repairs were expensive that we would get rid of the car. They told us that is wasn't master cylinder that yes there was a leak in the brake line but it was minor. She we invested 1,000.00. They added brake fluid and told us we needed an alignment. We went ahead with the repairs. Two days later my husband was driving the car and the brakes went out completely. We dropped it off again and Auto science checked again and they advised after another inspection that there were two major leaks in the brake lines AND the master cylinder was shot so the repairs would cost over 2,000.00. We asked for our money back on the LABOR ONLY and the owner refused. Great job Auto Science!

I had an excellent experience at Auto Science. They communicated with me about the repairs my vehicle needed in a timely manner. They have a more personal touch than some of the other local automotive repair shops that I've been too. Luke and Nick are very courteous , professional, and customer service oriented. Auto Science will be my go to for all of my vehicle service and repair needs.

Recently went to get my oil changed and get my new car checked up and the mechanics there, Kyle and Brandon were super helpful. They hooked me up with some screws for my plates and gave an excellent evaluation on my new car. They are by far the most professional and helpful mechanics in the Channahon area and I ENCOURAGE you to call up Auto Science for your vehicle needs because I’m sure Kyle and Brandon will be of great assistance. Definitely going to be a long lasting customer!

Auto Science mechanics are the best! Everyone there is so kind and polite, and patient-taking the time to give understandable explanations to the less mechanically minded. My 2013 Patriot went in sounding like a bucket of bolts and came out like a brand new car. I so appreciate them. Definitely would recommend them for your auto needs.
