Just don’t do it! Take your money elsewhere. BMO has the rudest phone employees & if they can’t solve your problem they hang up on you. If you go to the bank they pretend to help and they proceed to make things worse. Then they send you a bill for 70.00 to attempt to fix their mistake. They couldn’t care less about their customer experience. It’s time to shop for a new bank.

I would give this branch zero stars if I could. All the reviews are accurate. The people working at this branch are horrible. One older lady there acted like she was doing me such a favor by waiving the cashiers check fee. That is the type of account I signed up for and that is one of the benefits. They barely keep any cash on hand. I went in to withdraw $17,000. They gave the $10,000 in hundreds and refused to give me the rest in hundreds so they could keep it for other customers. The guy at the teller next to me was getting hundreds while I was getting $7000 in $20’s. The employee Travis was heckling me the entire time I was trying to count all this cash acting like it was my fault I didn’t call ahead and going on and on. Go elsewhere.

They never answer the phone, you go in and they tell you to call and make appointment but they wont pick up the phone

Absolutely ridiculous attitudes and entitled employees.Professional no not at all and this is the reason no one is banking here I’m sure.Fees are ridiculous and just the feel of going in the bank is out of line.Why maintain a bank if you cannot present yourself competitive and professional? This bank is outdated and should be shut down horrible bank for sure.

Sara Koepp was very helpful in opening our account. She’s a pleasant, intelligent young lady who answered our questions and addressed our concerns while walking us through the many features BMO Harris offers. Our banking experience was a very pleasant one.

Cece is awesome at this bank and the other staff are super nice and helpful. Cece helped myself and my parents set up financial accounts and was very customer specific and helped us avoid pitfalls. We live BMO bank and Cece!

It would be great if someone would answer a phone once in a while. This branch has always appeared to be understaffed and some of the employees seem bothered if you go into the lobby. One final note is the drive thru hours are horrible. I go to the Essington branch more and its a night and day difference on customer service and staffing.

Don't go here. Tried to open a student account for my son. They wanted him to have a state I.D. and he is a minor. So I went across the street to another bank. They opened an account with just a student ID. Way to turn away money BMO Harris. Genius concept
