I like my local Casey's. Everyone there is friendly and it's nice seeing familiar faces. Only thing that kind of sucked is that I discovered the car wash will shut off the air dryer regardless of time remaining, if you try to back up a little and then proceed through the dryer. So an $8 car wash to begin with, and then barely gets dry ... Maybe car wash manufacturer can Way in and fix this issue

I was in there to use the rest room and get a drink all drinks for the most part were out! And well as the women’s bathroom was horrible! If Deb was still here this would never happen! Idk who took over this Casey but they have let this Casey’s go!! Never again in my lifetime will I return here

I just have to thank this place again for having such beautiful pizza. It was so good. It brought me back to feelings of Original Casey’s, like before they moved away from the country. This was a great food choice passing through.

This Casey's has literally gone down hill. Nothing is ready in AM to eat anymore ever since the new building opened its been horrible. Won't be driving out of my way anymore to be disappointed. Get it together already!

So I've been going to Casey's roughly twice a day for the last couple years now and ever since l I moved to Channahon. I love the new Casey's building but I miss how things were operated and just the overall moral at the old location. They never had an issue getting us in and out fast during the morning rush. Now at the new location they only have one person at the register during the morning rush. My average time in the store now with only getting a few things is about 15 min when it use to be 4min at the old location. You would think the manager would assist or have someone else open the other register when they can clearly see the line is going from the register all the way back to the reach in coolers. The manager seems like he's over his head with how busy it gets here. Definitely need that manager Becky to come back. Just a friendly suggestion from a loyal customer l, send him to minooka and bring Becky back before all of the regulars stop coming in. Thank you for taking the time to read this! At this point in time I'd have to say I wouldn't recommend this Casey's to anyone until they get it together. No longer does it feel like the neighborhood Casey's :(

Very filthy. All garbage’s overflowing inside and outside. No toilet paper in women’s restroom. Chunks of dirt on the floor of the store. For a new store to be that filthy is a shame.

Channahon Casey’s is great! All the workers are friendly and polite! Ordered pizza there now twice the pizza is excellent the young lady making the pizza was Angelina she was awesome great personality, great smile and really seemed to care about what she was doing in making the pizza! 10 stars to Angelina keep up the excellent work young lady!!

I don’t understand all the bad reviews about the staff who are half high schoolers. Probably some of their first jobs too. The place does have its good and bad days but the staff take good care of their customers. Pizza is excellent. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite. I hope to see the same friendly faces at the new store!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Whether you're buying hot food or product off the shelves it's old it's expired the place is filthy and the customer service is non-existent they're building a brand new Casey's right next door it will be terrible if it is the same management and team as the current gas station maybe if you just need some quick gas stop in before anything else I would take the extra time and just go down the road absolutely ridiculous I honestly don't even think they have Management in the store for how bad it is

I just stopped for gas. It was fine. I would go back when in this same area. I didn't purchase any ready to eat food but the building was clean. As a rule I just don't eat gas station food

Usually we only go for caseys for pizza and we get a taco pizza every time. We like to order from the one in Morris because the pizzas usually taste and are presently better. Channahons is still good and a lot closer for us than other caseys, we just usually have some small complaint about it.
