Heritage Bluffs Public Golf Club has been one of Chicagoland's highest rated golf courses since it opened in 1993. It offers a challenge for the serious player and fun for the more casual player across its rolling acres that offer scenic beauty unlike most Chicago-area courses. Everyone can find a length to suit their game from four tee boxes that stretch the course from 5000 to over 7100 yards. Located near the intersection of Interstates 80 and 55 just south of Joliet, Heritage Bluffs is the pride of the Channahon Park District. The tranquil surroundings make a day playing golf fun and relaxing. Heritage Bluffs is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and has received a 4-Star rating from Golf Digest magazine. The course is in very good condition, with a great driving range and putting green. While players could do a better job of fixing divots and ball marks, the course is well-kept and provides an enjoyable golfing experience. The newly remodeled restaurant is also praised for its gorgeous setting and excellent service.

Love the golf course! I LOVE their chicken sandwiches, honestly best one I’ve had in the AWHILE, they also have a great food selection!! staff in bar and restaurant area are very attentive and friendly, food comes out hot and fresh every time I go. 10/10 recommend!!!
