Came in for an oil change. Guy put the wrong fuel filter on. Even after having a difficult time getting the truck to start, he refused to make sure the filter was right. Got out of the bay, and the truck started losing all power. Luckily I hadn't gone too far. It's time to replace the YouTube mechanics for real certified mechanics especially with the hourly rate being charged for labor.

I Went in to replace a trailer tire checked in with Matt Told me it will take 2hrs to get to me this was at 4:00pm. While I was checking in phone rang he took the roadside call instead of helping me. He even told the road technician the caller was inside a parking lot not even a traffic hazard. Matt says he doesn’t make the rules that’s just the way it is. Road side calls get priority. It’s been 4 hrs of waiting and was just advised by Matt I had to wait another 2 hrs until 10:00pm plus whatever time the tire technician takes to change the tire. Tire tech guy still at the road call. That’s what you get when employees are paid by the hour. Personally I don’t blame them , I do blame LOVES tho for being cheap and not hiring enough personnel. LOVES DO BETTER AND SHOW THE LOVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS Parking lot is packed by 4:00pm. No parking whatsoever. I guess I won’t have a parking spot due to moving to get the tire fixed.

One of the busiest loves I have been to. Mostly full even in the morning. Waited about an hour for shower but they were cleaning showers back to back .

I don't if it's always like this in here, but today there were few very rude workers. Out of creamer and lunch stuff like chicken legs, young lady associate was disrespectful when I asked her question, no greetings no thank you. This store going down in service, it used to be better. Hopefully changes.

Sometimes I wonder if being short staffed is a good enough reason to keep rude people around. Khris was so rude to me that I was a little thrown off. Do better people.

It seems to me that some Love's stores are definitely managed better than others. This one, however, is very dirty outside. Trash everywhere. I know truckers can be slobs, and shame on them for that. But Love's, make an effort to maintain your grounds... at least the store inside was clean and neat.
