The folks here are great! I was frustrated with my vehicle and it wouldn’t turn on so I had to call for a tow. The Rep, Marissa, was very professional and courteous. She got a driver, Jim, to me quicker than the expected ETA! Jim was very kind and even made me laugh a few times on the drive to the dealership. Both employees were excellent and would recommend to anyone that needs help!

Chris came out and towed my rental from Ottawa into Chicago O'Hare. I had to ride along an hour and a half into the city with him to get another rental. Google Maps was a complete dumpster fire of a failure...through no fault of his own, it brought us off course by quite a bit. We finally arrived at a closed Hertz repair lot where he was to drop me and the car. He kindly waited until I was safely picked up by a Lyft before he left. Super grateful - what a great employee you have. He was so pleasant and made a crappy day so much better.

I was doing DoorDash & ended up getting a flat tire after getting the food so I called AAA since I was stuck in discount tire parking lot & mike came to my rescue! Only had to wait 15 mins & fixed my tire to spare tire in 5 mins. Excellent work & customer service!

I want to take a moment to give a huge shout out to Tyler and his team for a fantastic experience of getting my sprinter towed to Discount tires truly went above and beyond with communication and other items that he was definitely not required to do! But truly was supposed to be a very stressful experience turned out to be a very smooth one.

I dont normally write bad reviews but this needs to be known to other customers. I waited 8 days for a part. Car was on the lot for 8 days. Ok no big deal. Pick my car up and notice scratches on the fender. It was noted by the assistant and they would follow up. 2weeks goes by and heard nothing. Whoevers in charge was "to busy with meetings" to do an investigation. Call back and they say they cant fix the scratches. Didnt check any video footage or want to, to see who is liable. Anything could have happened when a car is on a lot for 8 days. No big deal..Go up there again because the job they did didnt look right. All they did was gas light and belittle me and got nothing but attitude from multiple techs. Took all my all bumper assembly bolts and screws out to clean inside the bumper because it was full of transfluid. Never put the bolts back in. Was told that there is prior damage under the bumper so the screws came out when that damaged occured and they didnt have to take the screws out to work on that part of the car. All 10 screws came out immaculate? No damage on that part of bumper. Assistant confirmed the bolts were found by a tech. George said there wasn't and doesnt know what their talkin about. At that point it just wasnt worth the frustration of incompetence. They did a good job on fixing what needed to be fixed but its not good when its done only half way. Just use caution if you choose to get their services.

Great and Fast service! Austin the driver was quick to assess the best way to get the truck loaded up and make sure everything was properly secured for the trip back home. Thank you for the help and the great service and now to get the old girl running again.

I had a blowout on I55 coming out of Chicago. I was scared and flustered and uncertain how I was going to make it home to Texas. McCoy's Services responded to my request for assistance. Their operators kept me informed every step of the way, by phone and by text message. I was told their driver would be at my car within 45 minutes. TYLER was there within 30. I had requested a tow to a nearby tire shop. Tyler found out I had a spare and changed my tire on the side of the freeway to get me back on the road immediately. McCoy's Services provided A++ service and I am eternally grateful.

I rented a car through Hertz and I locked the keys in the car.They contacted AAA and AAA a contact at this company Mccoy, I would like management to call me because I have a screenshot of how you're employee hung up in my face when I called her to cancel the service because the gentleman from hertz came to open the door. She wouldn't give me her company name. So I found it through a Hertz and AAA. Whoever you have answering your phone for you on today sunday August 4th. Should be FIRED!!!! She was nasty and rude and cursed at me. I have text messages. She is going to lose business for you with AAA. I filed A formal complaint With Hertz and triple AAA.

I accidentally locked my car keys in my car after arriving to a brand new campsite with my sister. Tyler showed up in less than an hour. Though unable to drive his truck back to the campsite, he walked all the way back to the site. He confirmed it was me who put in the claim for roadside assistance with my insurance. Then, he tried the door on the driver's side, but he went over to the passenger side when I mentioned to him the window was open a couple of inches. He manages to unlock my car door in moments and headed back to his truck. I was extremely grateful for his quick arrival and efficient work to get my car unlocked.
