Skimpy skimpy skimpy. The amount of meat they put on the sandwich is about ⅔ that of what it should be.12 inch sub club with bag of chip and small drink.$18+ What happened to the meal deal?? (all inclusive)..Talk about getting screwed without grease!!

After a couple visits, I asked the sandwich artist how many slices of ham go on a ham and cheese footlong. The reason I asked was because the sandwiches felt a little thin compared to some of the other locations I have visited in the past. So I Google the answer, because that's what we do when we need to know ( and the person we're asking is not giving me any type of answer) Google says 12 slices total, two rows of six makes up twelve slices. What do I know, I'm not a sandwich artist. I noticed they put on 10 slices instead of 12.. When I asked about 10 vs 12 slices the workers began to argue in a language that I did not recognize. They never acknowledged my question. They just continued to argue among themselves. That made me feel pretty uncomfortable, Even though this happened... I will go back. I'm just going to keep an eye on what they're doing because it's not like these sandwiches are cheap. I do believe in supporting my local businesses. That is why I will go back.Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground level. A wheelchair would have no problem getting in the door.

Owner is very rude to customers. The only handicapped accessible parking parking space was blocked with a worker’s vehicle. The employee’s response when asked about it was to ignore it & begin speaking to each other in another language.

Service is horrible. Server threw a tantrum over me using a coupon. Threw the coupon and my receipt away then started talking angrily in a foreign language to her coworkers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Real class act

I usually get my food in a timely manner from this place, but on this particular occasion one of the girls was not very pleasant. She was barking orders at me to push in a chair in front of other guests and I just thought it was very odd behavior for someone making sandwiches at Subway. Another duck fart under water.

Last 3 visits to this franchise location and the service just gets worse and worse. Easy to see why whever we travel to eat at this location there is never another payeon in the store. We get to order from people that really seem to not care if they serve a person or not. This last time 2 workers, 1 yapping away in Indian on hercell phone as if she forgot that she was actually employed tbere. The other older Indian lady taking orders from us barely able to understand the ingredients we requested. Wow, sad day for the fast food industry if this is all you can find to buy your franchise. Im going to guess this dumpway wont be in business much longer at this rate. I know I wont be traveling the 20 extra mins. out of my way to ever eat there again.

The workers were very rude & careless. Gave me and other customers bad attitude for asking extra olives & using a coupon that had the location on the coupon. Manager refused to take the coupon. Messy atmosphere & rude service. Never going back again.

Ordered $36 worth of food for delivery, but noticed a problem so I canceled immediately. (Within 30 seconds) I saw my card was gonna be charged anyways, so I called. They said they couldn't refund, so I said can I get my food atleast, and they said no because they don't know have an order. Well I showed them that I got charged for it, and they still said it's not their problem. So I ended up with no money, and no food. Terrible all around.

Very rude establishment. Especially if they fund out you're using a coupon. They put hardly any toppings on their subs. They speak in another language & point & mimic people. My footlong sub had 6 jalapeño slices. I asked for more 2x because each time she'd only add 2 slices. Looked at my receipt (that the worker refused to provide at firsti had to grab it off counter myself) & she charged me $3 for double meat..that I hadn't asked for nor received. She said "you pay for jalapeños some way" the fact that they have no button for added charge of "extra veggies" is telling me that they shouldn't be charging for "extra veggies" my $3 extra fee landed me 10 jalapeño slices for my footlong. Mind you I purchased 2 other subs PLAIN! It's not like I was asking for an ungodly amount of "extra peppers"I'll drive out of my way to Minooka before patronizing this Subway again. Refused us their names as well.
