I had to go to three pumps before I could find one that would take a credit card. I talked to somebody inside and she said well usually they don't work outside. What!?
Then the one that did work wouldn't give me a receipt. Won't be back soon.

Very nice and convenient location right off the interstate 55. The employees here are very nice and helpful to the customers. Restrooms here are well kept clean and maintained. They have a nice selection of cold beverages and hot snacks. Be sure to download the Thorntons app to enjoy deals and perks.

Guy worker tries to talk to females while they are in the bathroom! The man on the right...was told just ignore it by the one worker. Other one said go to McDonald's.

I visit this Thortons frequently, and there are 2 employees whom I have an okay experience with.
Anyway, I was in the area, so I visited the establishment today to get 2 Energy drinks…
There’s this one lady there, who’s always behind the counter, with a black shirt, her hair is always pulled back into a ponytail, she wears glasses, and is about 5’5”, maybe shorter… she’s the only one with that “description.”
I’m not sure if she’s a manager, but whatever her role is, she is ALWAYS providing the most unprofessional experience.
From the dirty looks, prolonged conversations with co-workers while customers are in line being rung up, to the weird silence she ALWAYS does when she sees ME walking past the counters, to go get the energy drinks. It’s that silence that people do when they’re talking about someone, or making eye gestures “about” someone…
Not only are these actions VERY unprofessional, but I’ve, literally, never done anything to her. The only “conversation” we’ve ever had was one time I was at the register, talking to the cashier who was ringing me up. The POS systems are CHRONICALLY filthy, so I asked him if they’re ever cleaned, because they’re always so filthy.
The lady I’m referring to interjected and said, “yes.” I asked, “everyday?” She had a “what type of question is that?!!” type of look on her face, then she paused, and reluctantly said “yes, multiple times a day.” I said, “well, they’re always filthy, and we have to touch it” (to complete the transaction.)
That’s when the male cashier, who was ringing me up, said “truck drivers come in here, with all kinds of stuff on their hands, and touch it.”
In a nutshell, the lady is ALWAYS unprofessional, and has been, even before I asked that question about the POS filthy-ness. I try and avoid this location when I can, because I don’t like being uncomfortable at establishments I CHOOSE to do business with.
I’ve been going to Thortons for about 8 years. Unfortunately, they have a few unprofessional people who work for them. That behavior is intolerable for any business, not just Thortons.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Thorntons! This gas station goes above and beyond the usual pit stop. The store was very clean and well organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the wide variety of food and drink options available. Everything from snacks and cold beverages to fresh hot food, which was a great bonus. It definitely felt more like a convenience market than a typical gas station. I’ll be making a point to stop by again the next time I’m in the area!

I am so upset and disgusted that employee said the manager don’t want me to come back using the bathroom blaming me for braking both toilets, nope not neither when I was just sitting on the toilet all the water came up and went to the other stall. I am a disabled lady and I don’t bother anyone this never happened to me and I feel it’s because I am black and I don’t bothered anyone. This is hurtful that they blaming me for braking both toilets. Which is not true at all.

Horrible customer service!!’ Left hand side of pump is not working and 100 gallons of fuel leaked out since the right side of the pump 26 never shut off on its own, when I tried to call and explain the problem they where not helping, save ur self headache and money and go somewhere else believe me
