This pharmacy has regrettably become one of the most unsatisfactory establishments with which I have had the displeasure of interacting. Over the course of 15 years, its staff turnover appears to have led to a decline in service quality. Following my recent surgery, I experienced a significant lapse in communication regarding the status of my prescriptions, compounded by the absence of any notification from their end. It is disconcerting that I, as the patient, am compelled to undertake the burden of seeking out pertinent medication details, a task that rightfully falls within the purview of the pharmacy staff. In summary, their conduct can be succinctly described as unprofessional.

Can’t get a single prescription filled here without them saying I have an insurance issue. All because they entered a digit wrong from my insurance card, and can’t be bothered to fix it or actually look whenever I try to receive meds. Better off at CVS

I’m literally sitting in the drive thru waiting……one car in front of me at the window and 20 min has passed. No movement. Now a car pulled up in the other lane and went before me. I was in line for 30 min!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

I've had several pills missing out of my prescription for my pain meds for the last 2 months. The 1st month I didn't say anything as there was only 7 missing. This month 5. I called to tell them, the manager was VERY RUDE. \"Well we counted the right amount, I don't know what to tell you\" Yep, switching pharmacy's!

The Walgreens in Channahon is HORRIBLE!! Their Pharmacy people are the worst! They send you a text saying your order is ready for pick up , you go there and they have no clue what your talking about EVEN after showing them the text! I JUST called to see if I could have someone help me work the kiosk to make a picture. The lady was rude in tone , and said probably not today... and doesn't look good tomorrow either! I called the one in Morris and she was VERY pleasant and stated they would help me. What a night and day difference between these stores . I am NOW a CVS customer for my prescriptions because I've had enough of their incompetence and rudeness. Also going to Morris from now on even though this one is much closer.

They never know what’s going on always have a line long take forever and seem to have issue with every car every time I come. They can’t find prescriptions multiple occasions

Worst pharmacy ever .very rude pharmacy staff . Takes forever to get your prescriptions refilled. They always have an excuse why you have to wait hours to get them. Then when you call to check when they'll be done you have to wait an additional hour an a half. We'll taking my business else where

The worst service from a pharmacy we have ever received. We are sent texts that a prescription is ready for refill and when we press the automated refill , we get a text that states it is to soon. I have had several medical issues in the past few years which have left me in constant pain. I had cancer surgeries, chemo, radiation and medication reactions. I was physically hit by a speeding car, and I have had some severe falls. Therefore, from time to time my medication needs to be adjusted.This pharmacy staff treats me like some type of crazy addict, which is far from the truth. They have been rude, they have spewed rude information and hung up on me when the issue has been their fault. They have not recorded properly when my doctors have called and they blame and treat me horribly. Who hangs up on a customer when that customer is calling to ask a question related to a text received from them. I don't know who these techs are, with little to no education talking to customers like they are doing them a favor. I have a Masters Degree but no experience in pharmacy, but I do know that I would treat people with respect, especially customers that are obviously ill, going through all types of issues and deserve to be treated with empathy. We will be taking our thousands of dollars a month worth of medications to another pharmacy right across the street.

Had an issue with refill going to wrong Walgreens’s pharmacy was in a panic because I needed my prescription. They calmed me down & contacted other pharmacy to have it transferred to them. After they got everything taken care of they contacted me shortly after to tell me they had it ready. ❤️ Thank you to the pharmacy staff for helping this crazy person get my prescription.
