Old lady with blue hair refused to print my photo of the former President for the classroom. She claims I needed to know the person in order to print a photo of him. Never ran into this situation with photos of Washington, Lincoln, JFK, Obama, etc. I asked where in the policy it says that….10 minutes later 3 cops come in. I assume this isn’t their first visit to this woman with the way they spoke. The officer recommended I try another location. I headed to another location and was very satisfied with their printing. Looks great. Sounds like this woman is pushing her own personal agendas in the workplace. What a shame. Last time at the Channahon location.

The male employee with the curly hair in particular made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable. If I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt, we’ll say maybe he was stalking me throughout the store because he suspected I was shoplifting, and hopefully not just to be a creep. I wanna note that I was polite, quick, and held my items in clear sight the entire time. Every time he could break away from the register, he’d find me and stand as close as possible pretending to fix items on the shelf. When I made eye contact with him, he’d back away and stare at me from behind the isle divider. He was also not staring at my eyes, so that was cool. At one point I had a few things in my hand, so i set two down while i swapped them for another. He rushed in front of me, grabbed them, blatantly looked me up and down, gave me the DIRTIEST look and scoffed at me before replacing them. I had planned to do this myself, but clearly he had a point to make before I got the chance. The other male employee who rung me out was equally rude. So…

This place is awful. I have a new prescription that was put in 6/24. Was told it wouldn't be ready until 7/4. Go in that day, still wasn't ready but it would be ready for pickup 7/6. Call 7/6 to confirm, and was told it's ready. Go to pick up prescription 7/7, go home and it's the wrong prescription. I'm so incredibly frustrated to tears. I'm lucky that having this medication isn't a matter of life or death, but anyone else could be in this situation who wouldn't be so lucky. This pharmacy also hasn't had ADHD medication in well over a year, even though other pharmacies have it available at this point. I've been going to this pharmacy for years and lately it's become a joke. If you're looking for a good, RELIABLE pharmacy in the area, go across the street to Jewel. I go there for one of my prescriptions and have never had any issues. Avoid this pharmacy altogether.

EVERYWHERE, especially pharmacies, are understaffed; and yet, this Walgreens pharmacy has always been extra kind and helpful towards me even in the face of shortages/difficulties. I can imagine it is overwhelming to deal with the system as it is right now, and their staff still goes above and beyond in helping me. I’ve been to quite a few different pharmacies in my life, and this one still cares more than most! And with this post-pandemic world, things have been more challenging in the healthcare system. I’m grateful to the helpful and kind staff here. Pharmacists and technicians, you are doing great and I know you’re busy. I hope for all the stuff you deal with, you know there are some of us out here that really do appreciate you and see what you’re going through. You’re helping people, even the cranky ones! Thank you for your services!!

Extremely disappointed. The app wasn’t working with the promo code for 50% off my photos. I printed 1,000. The store wouldn’t take it off for me. Now they have to throw them away. Wouldn’t work with me. Kind of feel creeped out in a way because they are photos of my children. Customer service older lady, super rude. Younger blonde heavy set, MAJOR RUDE. Like over top rude. Just keeping it clean.

Debra in Channahon was extremely helpful to me while I was getting to get a picture printed just right for an important event. I had been to a different store where no one offered help after several picture flops. Debra went out of her way to ask if I wanted to try printing from the kiosk instead, and then she helped me to get the perfect picture. Thank you, Debra!

Have always had a positive experience at this pharmacy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I had recently dropped off a prescription and was waiting in the store for it to be filled. A pharmacy employee noticed I was waiting a while and made sure I was taken care of next with my peescription being filled promptly. Pharmacist also always answers any questions regarding prescribed medications. I have also received vaccinations and appreciate them taking the time to fill out documentation paperwork as well. Pharmacies are busy. So are all health care related services. A little patience and kindness goes a long way for the people providing care to us and they are doing a wonderful job.

The male pharmacist over the phone was extremely rude and made us feel like we were stupid. Not crazy about the super condescending attitude.

Went to pick up one photo from the photo section. The women that “helped” me was one of the worst people I’ve had to deal with at a register. I gave her my last name..and with a huge exasperated sigh she asked for the photo size because “it’s too much work to dig through everything.” I didn’t have that on hand so I said that I could do last name or order number if that helps. She sighed again and accused me of coming before it was done. I showed her my email confirmation and she sighed again because she had to do her job. I paid and said Merry Christmas and she didn’t say it back. Awful experience. Would give 0 stars if I could and I’m never going back just so I can avoid her.

I would give zero starts if possible. This pharmacy NEVER follows through on requests. Will say a script will be ready at a certain time and it never is. I understand that it can get very busy, but please do not tell your customers that you will do something (like your job) and do not do it. Very frustrated and will be switching pharmacies.

They never get the Walgreens application refills! And my doctor always has to call in at least twice to get my prescription refilled.. someone there doesn't know their job!! ??
