Took my daughter for her homecoming nail appt. She was told that “two other girls said she was canceling her appointment” so it was given away to someone else. We never called to cancel her appointment. I truly feel they just overbooked themselves and didn’t want to take responsibility. Since it was homecoming, we couldn’t get her in anywhere else on short notice. No empathy at all, and if two girls truly did tell the owner my daughter was cancelling, why wasn’t she contacted to confirm this? Why take the word of some other random person? Just a really poor experience.

i went in for my appointment at 1:30 on the day of my homecoming because i can’t have nails for cheerleading and i had a game the day before. i walk in and he asks me my name and i tell him and he says that he took my appointment off the schedule because he had a few other girls tell him that i cancelled my appointment. instead of calling and asking he just completely cancelled it all together. i am beyond upset because i never cancelled my appointment nor did i plan on it.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Angel. I came in with regular pink nude polish with a gel top coat. Angel expressed how difficult it was to take off and I suggested acetone but he reluctantly decided to use a e-file which was ok. However, Angel decided to blatantly call me a liar and became very emotional that my nails were painted a pink nude. I became very uncomfortable because it was just me alone in the shop with someone who was getting very upset. I decided to leave and will never go back.

On Tues I made appt for Fri June 9 at 2 30. Arrived at 2 18. He was doing a girl's nails. Said her wedding was tomorrow.. How nice. Well as it turned out he must of just started. Had my mom with me who is 97 and on oxygen. At 3 10 he is still working on her nails. We left as mom's oxygen was getting low. I was having toes done as we leave on vacation Monday. I get her wedding is tomorrow but my time isimportant too. I has a soecialnoccasion too. My time felt very disregared. Poor tome management. Wont try again..

Gift certificates were made to where they legally don’t expire and since the pandemic and this nail studio being closed A LOT he wouldn’t take my certificate! Ever since having his own studio he doesn’t treat people well at all! I don’t recommend
