Anytime I have a question or concern he’s been there. If my battery has died before work he’s taken it upon himself to check my battery, jump my car and help me more than a friend ever would. I could go on and on about the hospitality I’ve received from him& the others at Pilson. They’re an amazing team & as long as I live in Illinois I will never shop anywhere else. “I'm going to give a 4 star for how nice the employees are. However, I've been turned away twice. They wouldn't change my oil because they said my oil was too high. ? They wouldn't change my tires because my wheel bearings were bad. Geez, what could you guys do for me? But I like the employees. I'm sure they were following necessary stipulations.”

“Took our 2019 Buick Enclave in to repair a nasty scratch (down to the metal) and dent on one of our front fenders. Doug was able to fix it completely and quickly for a reasonable price. He even washed the car and vacuumed inside. Highly recommend!”
