It was pouring rain when I locked my keys inside my car. Unfortunately, my husband could not use the Ford Pass app to unlock my car due to the vehicle being in battery save mode. I called Bartley's and had my car unlocked within 5 minutes of their arrival. The guy, Trevor, that helped me was kind, professional and even helped me carry camp chairs to my car and load them in the hatchback. Service fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Owner came out and fixed my truck on side of highway at 7:00PM. Very reasonably priced. Knowledgeable guy had me rolling within a hour.

These folks came to our rescue motorhome brakes locked up in a gas station Could not get any one but Bartley to tow us at 3am Towed us back to there garage where they made provisions so we could stay in the motor home while the issue was diagnosed and repaired The repair bill was very reasonable I would definitely have these guys repair my vehicle Great service thank you

Recently had the studs shear off of my tandem truck and lost the 2 front dual wheels and tires. Trevor came out within 20 minutes and got me towed back to my local mechanic.

Had a water pump fail on my trusty Kenworth on a Friday afternoon. Because, of course it’s always on a Friday afternoon. Replacement parts were MIA until Monday, but Trevor went into superhero mode, searching high and low for a one. He made sure I got the VIP treatment. Big thanks to Trevor and his guys for getting me back on the road as soon as possible.

Do not tow your Semi Truck to these guys. They will rip you off big time. First tandem differential blew out, but they started working on the second tandem too which was perfectly fine. Once we decided to have Freightliner do the work, they never plugged the axles and just towed the unit that way spilling out oil everywhere. Per freightliner, the second tandem should have not been touched. Be very Careful!

My experience with these guys was simply great. Trevor is a very cool guy(and yes i name drop cause everyone works differently). We had a miscommunication on dropping the truck off but no one was mad at each other and everyone was respectful. I really recommend them for their experience and their longevity in the towing industry. Also people understand that they have equipment they have to pay for and families to feed. So please understand their rates and the constant service to us as a people who need assistance from these essential people in our industry(trucking industry). All in all being a trucker i understand how under appreciated we are in this world just like these good people at this towing company. So with that keep doing your job guys we appreciate you and just know there other people who appreciate you for helping us out when we are in a fix on the road.
