“I had posted a negative review yesterday as they had closed early due to the extreme heat and bill thought that his brother had already sold the alternator that I was needing to my daughter. He contacted me this morning (Saturday) and came into the shop so that I could get it . A breakdown in communication was the issue but they went above and beyond to make it work so that I could make my repairs this weekend.”
