Never have any lanes open. I don’t work for Walmart. I’m not doing your job for you.

On my way home to Schaumburg decided to stop and get a Eastern Hat for my brother. This was May 7, 2022. I never saw such a unorganized mess of a store. Racks of clearance clothes were all over the place. Good luck finding clearance and current clothes. We asked a nice employee to help us find a cap. We were referred to a location but no EIU hats near EIU clothing. This would be the logical location to find a hat. At another location at the front of the store we were able to get a EIU baseball cap. What a mess of a store.

Not let employees steal customers card info for purchases and get away with it. Then cover it up like they can't locate the purchase anywhere in the system. Unprofessional no respect for the customer and will never ever get my business again. Poor excuse for management, illegal operation, racists. I bet if I was a different color they would see that transaction in they system. If I was stealing they would have no problem throwing the book at me. Its just funny because its cleared in my account. They thought they were slick making a purchase for almost the exact same amount of a purchase I made on the grocery side, but some cents less made at the pharmacy 3hrs after I left the store. I cant believe I use to work your company.

You know, twice now my family has been victimized there. They can’t even safely go shopping there anymore. This is getting out of control. If people aren’t trying to run you over, they’re harassing, and trying to traffic you. I think you may want to call corporate and get your security up. I’ll be making a phone call to them myself. Grocery shopping was never a dangerous task until recently. It’s disgusting.

So we go in Today on 07/07/2020 and buy a freezer and a $25.00 Gift card and pick up some med's from the Walmart store in Charleston Illinois and pay for everything and we get home and the gift card is not in the bag ! So we call the store and my wife goes back and fourth with the Manager ... All said and done he finally says there is nothing he can do for us ! ( now we can bring the card back and he can cancel it ) ??? He was rude and had a IQ OF STUPID !!! Now we spend around $1000.00 a month @ Walmart if not more BUT not anymore !!! I will take my a** some where else ............

this is the worst Walmart ive ever delt with.. they constantly run out of things. They have a limited selection as far as Walmarts go. There is a Walmart in the next town over about a 7 mile drive.. save yourself some grief and drive the 7 miles to the other Walmart.

Having all the people restocking shelves and blocking isles is a nightmare. I've switched stores entirely. What a mess they made for a few dollars They get one star for good checkout time and good selection

After well over 3 hours of waiting, finding a problem that was caused initially by the mechanics at this, and sending me halfway across town to closed mechanic, then another hour of waiting for them tochange my oil. Then, after working with an assistant manager for compensation on all this mess, a second assistant manager Korey decides its appropriate & professional to yell at my husband, and then at me. I cannot believe how rude this man was. A formal complaint has been filed with corporate. What a shameful and unprofessional display on this manager's part.

Had two of the nicest young men help me this morning. Greyson and Craig couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to assist. So refreshing to see these days.

They have 3 of those longer carts 2 toddlers can sit in and it's been over 2 years and 2 of those carts have loose front wheels. it's vibrates the cart so much and is very loud. why can't they tighten those front wheel bolts. over 2 YEARS NOW! push one of those carts with the loose wheels and see how bad they are. and yes I have said something to them. and still no one can grab a wrench and tighten up the front wheels. a lot of us parents use those carts. FIX THEM!

Went to have my car serviced. Oil change, tire change and rotation. They tell me after 2.5 hours of working on the car that a sensor is out. We tell them to replace it. They do. And it takes another hour or so. Once its done we pay and go to leave after I crank the car a whole bunch of lights r on that never were before. We go get the ppl they check the tires because that what the lights pertain to, said it was the sensor they replaced reassured us and told us to drive 15 min
