The pharmacy phone system is horrible. I was simply calling to check on the status of my prescription, which they were out of last week, and never was able to get through to talk to a live person.

My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner. I receive a text alert as soon as they are available for pickup. With automatic refill, they contact my provider when I need a new prescription. Wife stopped today to look for a cane to aid in my surgery recovery. They let her bring items out to me in the car so I could decide without the discomfort of going inside. Pharmacists and techs all very helpful!

Customer service is good. Selling products from pharmaceutical to alcohol to food. Also, sells household goods, makeup products and pharmaceutical counter medications to handicap devices. Overall the store is convenient. The prices are alot higher than Walmart. You can also get pictures developed and put them on canvas. Sometimes they sell college shirts.

I wanna thank the staff of the Charleston, Il. store for allowing Chewy and I train in your place of business over the last year. Being able to bring him in during not only slow but busy shifts as well has helped more than you know. 90% of all the employees and managers have been amazing about not bothering us until we are done with our shopping or training.. Y'all are amazing. Thank you from the both of us. Chewy is also very appreciative of the generous treats y'all provide at the end of our trip.

I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I waited in the driveup for 15 minutes. When I got to the window, I was told the pharmacist had to check the prescription and he was helping another customer so I needed to drive around the building and get back in line. When I said "no, I'll wait right here," I was told it was CVS policy!!

Usually don't have a hard time filling my perscriptions, but when I hit the 'max amount' my insuatance covers, they try to pick which ones they should fill, rather than give me the ones I've been on for a year now. Very frustrating when they wanted to fill the prescription for 8 pills, rather than the big one that I take 4-6 times a day. Think about the customer, not your quotas.
